Okay - I need to just get through this - if I finish this evening I can go to the meeting without worrying about the client stuff. I am just having a really difficult time busting my butt everyday for this client when they talk such trash behind my back. You try to give them what they truly need which isn't what they want sometimes and initially especially this client - they can be very very hateful and selfrightous and although I turn out to be correct - they will never apologize. I don't respect that at all.

Oh. DD's ankle we think is better because while I was running around Sunday she got this cheerleaders outfit she got as a gift for her last bday and the pompoms and performed a routine for DH. She is a riot.

I am so happy! I was putting off sending in the staples rebates from black friday because I had to scan them & mail them off according to the website that morning. Tonight I went to look for the forms & found easy rebates for all three of them!!! SO COOL!!! All filled out online now & ready to get the check.

Carla, someone like that IS NOT WORTH GETTING UPSET OVER. I know that I have only recently realized that & been able to accept it but it is true. Why work so hard on something that you know is going to be pulled apart even if it is perfect. Focus....in 5 more days you will be stepping onboard The Magic!!! That poor slob who is criticising you will still be in his little office.

How could I forget?!

I had such a crazy day - but I needed to bring my iPod in because it wasn't holding a charge. It will be in for 24-48 hour testing. I have the 60g video (first gen video - they don't make 60 anymore) I told the guy at the Genius Bar (tech for Apple are called Geniuses and you get assistance at the Genius Bar), that I can not possibly do without my iPod during the cruise. I could of course use the old iPod but come on - no video - no games. OY! My face must have looked crazy because that is how I was looking when he was speaking to me. I really needed a valium.

My 4 m.o. old Canon dSLR camera just stopped working on me!

Now I won't be able to take any pics on our cruise. I need to send it in to Canon for repair. Ugghhhh!

You aren't whining, Carla!!! I have been there unfortunantly. In my case the teachers at the school are the jerk you are dealing with. The big difference is that I wasn't getting paid to put up with their BS & criticism. Now my friend is going thru what I did & wants nothing else to do with the school.

Ok, this is really finally it. Have you guys seen the 180 ear muffs. Love those things. I saw them in the local LLBean store and I guess they are one size fits all this year. I have gotten DH and DD gifts of them last year. Anyway I want them. They are great. I was wearing DH's thinking - why didn't I get these for myself which turned into - cool - this goes on my Christmas list.

I went wild in Borders and Barnes and Noble Sunday as well. I pciked up merry un Christmas. We read it this evening. Very cute. DD tried to con me into another story because you see "I" picked the book out not her and that isn't fair since she gets to pick and she picks another chapter of Beezus and Ramona. My poor kid - she is going to be like me. We have multiple chapter books that we are reading simultaneously. We are on the last chapter of the Nurse Matilda books (Nanny McPhee was based on them) and Beezus and Ramona. I just got Charlottes Web. I actually wanted to reread it. I have memories of being so sad about Charlotte dying so I haven't thought to read it. Now with the movie coming out I'd like to reread the original.
