I am terrified of anyone messing with my eyes but I finally did lasik jan 2004. I wish I would have done it earlier. I can see without any problem. I went & had an eye test yesterday and the doc said I am a little near sighted which may prevent me from ever needing reading glasses. I decided to do it after our 1st cruise. we went snorkeling & I couldn't see the fish. I am unable to wear contacts because of allergies. you really should consider it. the recovery was not bad at all.

I remember now . . . you had a picture of Mickey - probably copyright issues and they took it down after they came accross it . . . As much $$ as we all spend on Disney, you would think that would NOT be an issue!

well no docs for us and no upgrade. I cried when DD told me there weren't any docs at home. it has been such a terrible time at work. I snuck in a little dis time during the work day in order to not lose it there. then PJ sent the newsletter & I had to email her back a big thank you because once again I was working on the budget at home and feel so overwhelmed by the whole mess. her newsletter really helped cheer me up. I am starting to get concerned that the docs are not in yet. I guess I will give it another day or two before I totally freak out. I did check & make sure our flights are still scheduled since I booked them back in july--they are. I have not gotten a hotel room in Indy for the night before we fly out. I figure that should not be an issue so long as we are within an hour of the airport. I think I will do that tomorrow. I am going to call it a night. have a great night everyone and a great day tomorrow. hopefully I can pop in ever now & then.

I also think they are going to offer me something I am not ready to do, I am very worried.

Well, if they are going to offer it to you, they feel you are ready to do it...Or they feel you are worthy of learning it. As long as its more money and / or a better type of job, isn't it worth going for it?
