I am going to ask DH tonight if he still wants to go. I think my issue is enjoying ourselves while trying to keep the girls entertained. I had high hopes but the way they have been acting and bickering lately might be a chore.

And even though my dad is coming I don't want to dump them off with him all the time either. We are still all getting to know one another. I only met him 6 years ago...so if he acts shocked at my craziness....he is!

Vanessa- there will be plenty of people to entertain the kids. John1 says that John2 has to come!

Interesting...just got off the phone with DCL. Asked about availability of Cat 1,2 and 3. Without even looking he said nothing was avaiable until Dec 31. When I called last week there were 3 Cat 3. And she had to look. Never had someone not even look before. Ah well, there goes plan B.

Don't take that for a legit answer...just a lazy CM. Call back!

You can always get a head start and leave a day early.

Not likely with work issues but if it looks like we could miss an ice storm by leaving 8 hours earlier or so then we will have to see if we can work some magic. I won't get too stressed until early next week. If they are still predicting snow we may have to start talking.

If you truly go over TG, we will meet up with you (if you want) DH gets a four day weekend and I am determined to go next year for sure!

Yes they are non-expiring but we want to use them before Allie turns 3 in January 2008 otherwise when we use them after that we will still have to buy some park hoppers for Allie.

I don't know for sure if we are going TG week or not. I still can't make up my mind but I am sure I will in the next month or two. If we do go that week I am sure we would love to get together with you guys....assuming of course that we don't scare you too bad on the cruise!

Brandi, I am taking exactly the same thing for 14 days. I takes me 12 before I really feel a lot better, but it worked for me!

I got the zpack and the 15 day prednisone the cold feels much better, but I feel like a crazed stay-puft marshmallow man who has bad dreams at night!

(Man, do we sound like a bunch of druggies, or what? - Is this what getting old is about, we all talk about our medications?)

I'm watching "A Charlie Brown Christmas". It's one of my favorite seasonal shows. The part where Linus recites the shepherds story just played. It makes me smile!

I haven't been able to keep up much lately. I do have a favor to ask. Does anyone know where I can get a mickey mouse pillow case for the characters to sign? I thought I had one but the thread count is so low it is like a peice of paper. I looked on ebay and found a couple but I hate getting used linens. I looked at target, walmart, macys, kmart, gabriel brothers and value city. I need one that is not too juvenile. I saw quite a few mickey mouse clubhouse but this is for DS (11). Please pm me if you have any ideas. I really should have checked the quality of the item I bought a long time ago. Oh well. Thanks for any ideas you have.

We are a sick bunch!

I am only on penicillan so nothing too hard core but DS got the liquid Zithromax. With DS's aversion to medications it was best if we gave him something that he only has to take 5 times total.

I'm not cancelling it. I think it will be better than we think since we're such a fun group.

My schedule for the rest of the week:

Today: Costco on my lunch hour to pick up the new sunglasses I was salivating over last week... (go figure, I have 2 perfectly fine sunglasses and can't find either of them right now!)

Tonight: Last gym workout before vacation, followed by quick stop at Home Depot to pick up rubber weatherstripping for our patio door.

Tomorrow night: Spa appointment to have my bikini wax done

Thursday night: Take my other doggie to the vet -- she has a dewclaw that grew too long and started pushing into her paw... been nibbling on it so now it's a little sore. Then we go to get haircuts.

Friday night: Pedicure, and then touch up my roots so I have fabulously shiny hair when you meet me

Saturday: Wake up at 4:30 and leave for the airport!!!

I love a woman with a plan - wish I had one!!
