OMG!!! I can't believe this!!! OK, it started when the kids came in from school crying because someone stole our Santa decoration and knocked over Mrs. Clause. I told them that it was probably some kids. They thought that it was a few kids in the neighborhood. Well, they were outside visiting the dogs next door and the other kids came over. Apparently, DD accused them of taking the Santa and they told her it was teens who took things on the block. One of them is a freshman in HS...who doesn't play age appropriately with the younger kids & IMO should not be playing with them to begin with. DS knows how I feel & doesn't go over there when he is outside. Anyhow, one boy said something & DD called him an idiot. He hit her on the arm and she hit him back. He hit her again even though DS told him to stop so DS slugged him. This is where I saw what was happening out the window & ran outside to stop it. DS & the other boy hit each other in the chest a few times & DD punched the boy in the back. OY BOY!!! DH wont be home for a bit. YIKES!

We'll not that it's totally right but aleast he was defending his younger sister.

Did they get the Santa clause back...

Okay - FINALLY - the docs have arrived today! On Saturday DH and I heard the mail truck at the same time and then I raced DH to the mailbox while I was piggybacking DS6, and no docs. Then while DS and I are at school/work today, docs come. Oh well, I guess DH is dancing at home with DS2. Oh, by the way I won the race to the mailbox on Saturday.

I have a feeling we will be doing a lot of dancing today!!

I need some advice from all of you seasoned flyers who get good deals . . .

This is for our March trip to WDW. I kept waiting for deals from Airtran, and in the meanwhile, the price has gone nothing but UP!

For the three of us to fly in March (not the week before Easter, but the week before that 3/23-4/1) Airtran is up to about $1,600. I can get cheaper fares on UsAir by taking their red-eye flight, and getting it down to about $1,100.

My question is this . . . do I nervously wait for Airtran to post a deal closer to the trip, or am I dreaming that they will and just book the red-eye flights (which are still about $400 more than I am used to paying for us to fly to Orlando)?

Any ideas guys?

Time to head home.

OK, here's one for Becka. Hope that it makes her smile. I was trying to keep myself from cracking up last night & waking up DH. DS has had major relapses this weekend with the bathroom bat that lives in this house. We have been listening to Disney Christmas music all week. For some reason the Monster Mash popped into my head.

I walked in the bathroom, late one night.
When my eyes beheld a eerie sight,
what was splashed all over, oh what could it be
it was lots of little puddles of pee.

It was the bat, it was the bathroom bat,
It was the bat, it couldn't aim at,

I know that and I explained that he needed to use words first, then he told me the boy didn't listen & he just had to save her. He didn't want to leave her there alone and come get me.

Now they are fighting with each other driving me nuts again. I can't leave the room without them starting up again. BEDTIME!!!!!

And no, the Santa is gone. I might drive around the neighborhood to see if they left it someplace else.

Hi everyone. We were on the 11/11/06 cruise and they had started to build the gingerbread house outside the promenade lounge. Could someone take a picture of it and send it to me? I am so curious about how it looks. Thanks in advance.

My friend from Italy called today. I told her we would be going on DCL soon and she said her sister just got back from there. She was on the Nov. DD. I am going to give her a call probably tomorrow and see if she has her navs and anything else that might be useful to us.

I went to the stylist to pick up the PM gel that Kim recommended for DD's hair. We will try it this afternoon! I also hit the dollar tree & Claire's. MAJOR score there for hair clips! I found silver clips with skull & crossbones on it for Pirate night!!! They had black ones too but I didn't think they would show up as well.

DDs used to have ones like that! I'm sure they are lost forever right now. We never hit Claire's when we went to the mall and I do have a few more days now.

Ok - I should know better but I so walked into this one. I was just speaking to DH and he made me laugh so hard I had to tell him I would call him back . He would of course DIE if he knew I am posting this so shhhh. Anyway I said "I have a question for you. I wouldn't want you to feel left out here the speech got real fast because I realized I had blundered I mean, you aren't part of anything or being made to be but ...would you like a green lei?" What do you think he replied

"You know me, I'll take anything I can get. I'm still dense being set up for the punch line because I didn't see it coming whether you call it green or what I'm game for it - hmm a green lay. Sounds interesting"

Anyway I need to call him back because I couldn't continue because I was laughing too hard.

Calm is moving in. IDK what gets into these kids sometimes! OY!

I also picked up some weird looking clips that twist into hair that is pulled back. IDK how else to explain them. They have rhinestone silver flowers on the ends that show on the hair & the other set has sparkly butterflies.
