Love the pictures John. I love the tree in the center.

That tree in the center is up in our loft. Looks great from outside. The inside has a kind of "backstage" look though . . . a little tree up on boxes to get it to the right height for the effect.

I am sooooo glad our decorating is done. Now, if only we were packed!

So you have been to NJ! You should bring Sophia here one summer. Lots to do! OBX must be nice, but you've got to change sometime!

NJ is good for a quick weekend trip....but I am still a total OBX fan.

I am really looking forward to being on the ship because that is the best sleep that I get all year. IDK if it is the rocking of the waves but I don't wake up all night and I am asleep a couple seconds after my head hits the pillows. The beds are so comfy too!

Maybe it is the fact that I know the phone won't ring at 9:00 like it did this morning waking me up with a problem from the store . . .

I bring mine plus I have a "tabletop" tripod also. It works fairly well and is much easier to carry.

I never had a real one but I know what they are. I do have replicas of them.

AH! The old E Tickets. We always used those up because they wre the best rides. We used to have a drawer full of A and B tickets however. I remember when A tickts were worth 10 cents. Geezer me! ROTFLOL! In fall of 1964 my cousin and I went to Disneyland every Friday and Saturday night. When Walt was alive the place was even more AWESOME! It was open until 2 a.m. on weekends and there were bands and dancin' everywhere. AND it was like new every morning. All of the refurbishing was done literally every night. The night crew there was bigger than the day crew, I think. Painting was done, feathers were replaced, cracks were fixed, dirt was removed, brass was polished. It looked like the first day every day. Walt cared more about people than he did money. NOBODY can ever replace him. And I doubt DL will ever be taken care of as well.

All of the refurbishing was done literally every night. The night crew there was bigger than the day crew, I think. Painting was done, fathers were replaced, cracks were fixed, dirt was removed, brass was polished. It looked like the first day every day. Walt cared more about people than he did money. NOBODY can ever replace him.

Dennis . . . Should I be glad Walt's gone and I won't be replaced?

Well, now the inside is done . . . all but Sophia's Princess tree that we will wait for her to come and do.

What an AWFUL Brown's game . . . glad I didn't go . . . 30-0! Congratulations on embarassing us in our own house Missy!

I would be stressed, but I am too tired to be stressed!

OY! You just reminded me of the princess tree stuff that I picked up last January. I have the Sleeping Beauty tree topper, pink lights, and a couple of princess stockings. Hmmm....bribe material if I ever saw it.

For us it is the kids wont wake me up yelling at each other. We have had discussions of what behavior will not be tollerated. They had forgotten about the elevator fiasco. I refuse to travel in pairs just so they can each push the buttons!
