So you guys like those hanging clothes bags/suit bag?

Maybe we should put all the dress clothes in there. We decided to rent a SUV to make sure we have enough room. The garment bag is more compact I guess than another suitcase.

We take one garment bag for DrHug's suit, my dresses and some of his shirts go in there. We will add Aaron's suit (my DGS, we are NOT bringing a suit for MicePins! ) to it this year. We usually put a pair or two of shoes in the pockets of it also, which cuts down on the weight of our suitcases.

I am trying to talk myself out of bringing a holiday dress for Jaea to take pics in. I mean we can really do this at home right? I'd rather bring an extra princess dress.

It's horrible - I have several nagging questions like this.

I'm not like Lisa at all - you see she is solving world peace and healthcare issues. I'm only worrying about dresses.

We had horrible horrible weather last night! I swear I thought we would blow away! We always get lots of winds (due to the location of our house) but last night it was horrible! So many people had flooding. The wind was driving the pouring rain so hard it was coming in under my UPSTAIRS back door!!!!! That has never happened before.

Today it is all gone and sunny!

Brandi - hugs!!! I can relate!!! Sounds like you got what we got but we got it during the day!

I saw the People spread.....on the radio they were talking about their wedding and how the luckiest girl to be going is Jim Carrey's new girlfriend...apparantly they just started dating and last week she was waitressing or something. Hadn't heard about that.

Gack, squash gag, beets cough.I appreciate the color on the table but would someone need to eat it? My DH loves squash. There is nothing one could do to doctor it up to have me eat it. Oh wait I lie - pumpkin is a squash really isn't it? I love pumpkin pie. Gee, you are correct Elaine. I love squash too.

I shared that Elaine includes squash and beets with DrHug (he was not DISing last night - was loading IPod ) and his comment was "that is probably more likely what the pilgrams would have had." Plus we both like those things, BUT with the hordes that are coming here we cannot change the menu.....tradition.

Well , the big plan this weekend is to start getting Christmas decorations out and up ...We have a tradition here - everything goes up before Thanksgiving , then on Thanksgiving night after dinner and dessert we have the celebration of turning on all the Christmas lights ...Though this year will be a little lite considering we we be going on some cruise thing .. - Still have to get T shirts done and still have some door signs to work on ...okay , the stress is starting to mount its getting closer ....
