Thankfully the test payroll runs ran pretty well and there were not too many questions so it only took 2 more test payroll runs before we were ready to run production. Of course while answering a question it was discovered the documentation I put in for some new errors was no where to be found. I must have typed it all up and forgot to save so I get to put it all together again tomorrow.

The payroll file was to the bank around 3:30 and I was finally able to breathe again. It was one of the longest days I have ever had at work. It is so stressful and for so long we did not even know what to do. I just feel so bad that I caused so many problems not only for me but for many others who had to deal with it today.

Soooo, Becka? Is my check in the mail?

to Amy (30 pages is nothing John). Our front door has a combination lock so we don't have any keys to the house. There must be ones for the back door, but I don't know where they are. It works great though, because the kids won't need a spare key if the get home and no one is there.

Have never seen anything like that for doors before.... maybe need to look into that.

It was bad enough the first time, but when I got home from taking Sophia to School and realized the door was locked again I thought I would lose it. Here what had happened was John's DF must have turned the Key when her unlocked it and then turned it again and actually locked it. I didn't check it becasue I thought he unlocked it so it was still unlocked . Oh well..

I think over the course of the day I actually cried a little at my desk 3-4 times just because of the stress. I am kind of emotional right now anyway and all that stress was just killing me! I can still feel it in my head, shoulder, neck and back.

And to make it even more fun we have another payroll tomorrow! I can only hope I have not messed anything else up that we will discover then. I don't think I could take it.

I'm actually not convinced I would want to get upgraded.

We are on deck 5 - close to so much. It seems like the perfect location. Hubby thinks I'm being silly. and so do Caroline and Kristina.

We have been on Decks 2, 5, 6 and 7. We have found that no where is very far to go to anywhere else. Did that make sense??

Now my iPod is playing Ready to Run by Dixie Chicks and that is how I felt most of the day. About noon I felt like walking into my bosses office and just quitting!

Anyway I do appreciate all the good thoughts and wishes. The really good news is that I only have 4 more payrolls before we cruise!!!!!

Becka, my DM is Payroll Administrator and deals with lots of testing and such, I have seen the results of day like yours, not good.

Horrible game!! and no...I am not happy about the polls, BUT we needed to play and we didn't! We don't deserve 3 at this point.

I know - I am teasing - it is our first cruise too. Several cruises down the road I'm sure I would be considering down grading too. LOL.

I am looking forward to our Navigator's verandah.

I still say some people still need to book the outside rooms so that the inside rooms remain affordable.

We downgraded because it is almost enough to cover next year's WDW trip or DH is wanting to take an adults-only anniversary trip next May. We are actually looking at a 5 night Carnival cruise out of New Orleans and it would probably run us about the amount we saved by downgrading. Decisions....decisions...

And it is enough to buy that laptop for your husband.....

I love the first WDW stories...WDW is so special to me....I am weird, I cry , to myself, on Main Street....that just is my granddad...as wellas Epcot, so much of his Epcot has changed. But for Samantha's bday we went to Coral Reef. I did well, I still cried (to myself) I have not set foot in there without him and Amber (my sister) left her bunny there, luckily they found it and kept it for us. (long ago)

Part of me still believes he is there somewhere. I never said goodbye. Did not get a chance, cancer does that. He never met my DH nor my girls. He always sat me down no matter my age and asked me "Vanessa, is there anything you need to tell me about?"...I think I was always so worried about pleasing him, I stayed good!!! (well ok, not always)

He and my Gma's love is like Angie and Dennis...they were crazy about each other!

Vanessa, you just made me tear up. I love reading your post about your grandpa. It is so obvious that you and he had a really special relationship. And you KNOW he is still there with you when you go to WDW.
