I just have to post these. We had DD's Christmas pictures taken today so i can send the Christmas Cards out before we leave.

VERY nice pictures!!! How did you get those curls??? I have tried the red ones that you posted but can't get them to work as well. How many do you use on DD's hair?

The ipod is the best. It is awesome beyond words! It is amazing. I am listening to it right now. DH is watchin FB and I can listen to music without bothering him. It is so cool!!! I love it. Carla is the best for hooking me up!

Have you seen "Little Manhattan"? We saw it on a flight to DW last year and I LOVED it! ANyway, I was thinking of it because I just ordered it on DVD from Amazon. Great, nostalgic, puppy love story. Good family movie. They didn't distribute it to many theaters, so we would have missed it if it hadn't been on the airline fare. So, I would recommend it for any who haven't seen it.

No I have not seen it, but I will really check it out. Sounds great! Thanks for the tip!

BTW - weather really warmed up here today! It was in the 50's and I spent a lot of time outside with the dog. She had a great time playing fetch and going for a walk.John1

I have never been to AZ. That would be awesome. I just don't think I could go that far away without my DH. You can all laugh at me...but I like going places with him.

My DW and I travel together a lot (as does the DISDog). We like it.

Our only trip through AZ was last March (when I met Angie & Dennis at DL). We were caught in a blizzard in Flagstaff! I did get to see the Grand Canyon on the trip home.

WHy would you do that? I didn't think that people actually drank dry milk! Look what I know!!! Yikes!

My parents thought it would save money. It was about the same time they went out and bought a chest type freezer. They filled it with frozen pot pies. I still will not eat them to this day.

The dry milk thing didn't last long because they hated the taste too.

I will tell you my day...I will give you it play by play...I will of course break it up....(I need to help the post count)

Wake up and get everyone ready for Chruch...rushing around as always.

The current pres. and the sec. did not have the ballots run off. The pres. "This was not my fault." She was actually telling people this! I did not hear this as I was actually teaching SS to little children. This is what was told to me later.

We finally get our ballots. The current Pres was pacing the halls (instead of going to SS like everyone else.) After she got the results she sat in the church office and cried. This woman sings in the choir (which I direct.)
She cried for the ENTIRE service. She was bawling during the anthem. I was sitting directly in front of her. It was horrible. I feel like this woman might have a nervous breakdown or something. It was unbelievable.

We despiratly needed a change. One of the counters told my DH that it was a total landslide. I have been praying for her. I never thought she would take it so badly. I didn't want to hurt her....it was just time for her to give it up. KWIM?

The story gets "better."

Those are great! Too bad Sophia is in bed - she would love to see them! We were just talking today about Christmas pictures. We usually have one with Sophia and Alex. Need to get this done.

The XM radio my DS gave me will record a couple of hours of programming to play later. It also came with an antenna to wear as you jog ..... like I'm going to do that!

The pastor was preaching today....about CRYING!!!! The scripture was about Laserus and Jesus weeping. He was talking about Jesus and compassion. But he was talking about crying alot...and there was the current pres....bawling. It was very awkward. We are not a Catholic church (they usually have the choir loft in the back in a loft.) Our choir loft is in the front of the church. The entire congregation saw this. It was horrible.

I was so happy that I won but I couldn't "be happy."
