Yep... I know a doctor in town here he passes out dangerous meds prescriptions like it's candy. You can walk into his office and ask for pretty much anything and not have a reason for needing it and he will write you a script! It's scary.

Bad Parent Award -

I've never rented a stroller for DD.... Her first trip was at age 5. She did slow us down a little during rope drop a couple days but she quickly learned that when mom said go, we went.....

Yeah, it was rough for the first few hours but she eventually learned to read the itinerary and meet up with us later in the day...problem solved.

WILD SIDE UPDATE

ok i called DCL...Apparently yes they are only offering Wild Side on Friday...

So everyone who has signed up for it today...if you check your ressies...the kids are listed as going on Friday...

This really stinks because i wanted us all to go on the catamaran trip.

Since Wild side trip ends at 1:10 and the catamaran trip leaves at 1:15 they have said that teens would not be able to make it in time......

Guess it'll just be Andy and I then on the Island tour.....

Just back from the Halloween parade at Walt's preschool. So cute. The teachers all had DISNEY-themed costumes to lead their classes. His teachers were Pooh and Piglet. There was a Minnie/Mickey class, a Woody/Jessie class, a Hook/crocodile one and a Mike/Sully one. Really well-done!

He must have a HUGE preschool! My DS has 11 kids and 2 teacher on a Tuesday/Thurday 3 year old class. THey have 2 classes of 4 year olds. They meet on a M,W,F. There is one AM and one PM class.

I have another way to look at how close our cruise is approaching. There will be only 5 more groups of passengers on the Magic before it is our turn. That does not seem very far away!

Becka - you always know how to make me want to jump up and down and scream and shout and do cart wheels (well maybe not cart wheels...) but you get the idea!!! YIPPEE!!!!

Yeah - see if they will keep the kids overnight!!!! Then stay up late....and sleep in without any kids getting in the way!!!!

Really? You need a prescription for them? I though you just had to ask a pharmacy for it, but I've never bothered. Why exactly did they stop putting the pseudoephedrine OTC? Is it dangerous or were kids abusing it?

It is now prescription in Oregon. They use it to make meth.

Pseudoephedrine is the main ingredient used to make meth. Since meth is such a huge problem the thought was to make it harder to get the ingredients would mean the meth production would decrease. Most states have just move it behind the counter or have restrictions on how much you can purchased but it sounds like OR has gone even further.

Yes, so now the meth "cooks" get a prescription for each adult and each child, get enough to make a batch and then one month later repeat. That segment of society knows which doc to see to get a rx without question. One rx for each family member.

Many of the on-line halloween places are having sales now.....

I got my DH's pirate boots for only $22 bucks (they were half price)

So now he'll have actual boots instead of just shoe covers....

(And at the rate that DD's feet are growing, she can wear them afterwards at the farm or something...)
