Aren’t you guys proud of me for splitting all of this into several small posts rather than one large one? I really am trying to make up for the slacking that went on over the weekend. :sad2:

I really am a bit in the dark when it comes to drug use. I have been sheltered in that respect. I have never even heard of meth mouth. Are you allowed to deny their script? Would you call their dr and tell him?
Nope, the doc knows. The users know who to go to to get whatever they want. There are unscrupulous in every profession.

Just back from the Halloween parade at Walt's preschool. So cute. The teachers all had DISNEY-themed costumes to lead their classes. His teachers were Pooh and Piglet. There was a Minnie/Mickey class, a Woody/Jessie class, a Hook/crocodile one and a Mike/Sully one. Really well-done!
How FUN!!

I just got back from TOT'ing...Oh my, the kids were soooo cute. There were some cute costumes. I'll post pictures tonight. We walked far!! I was surprised but maybe it wears them out. Almost all the girls had those pink plastic princess buckets. Several of them split open on the way back!
I wish John would have put his get up on and come too, the kids would have loved it!
Now back to work for me!

Tell her that is crazy!! Sophia is 6 and still uses a stroller. I wouldn't have it any other way. Is she going to wait until they are in their teens????

ITA!!! I still make DS who is 8 in 2 weeks  to take a break & sit in the stroller when we are moving inbetween lands. Why wear out the kids sooner than they need to be? :confused3

Hi December Double-Dippers

Didn't know if anyone was interested in looking at the October Double-Dip navigators, but we have a link to them on our meets thread. Check out post #4820 here http://disboards.com/showthread.php?p=15271760#post15271760 I haven't done an 'in depth' comparrison to the May one, but it's always fun to know what the 'most recent' itinerary/schedule/entertainment was.

Happy Cruising!

THANK YOU!!!!! :Pinkbounc

Kelly has to have "Mod" powers.

Look at the post count.

None of us have the power to fake that, and it would take too long to make it real.

John1

I have no doubts that anyone in our group would not have a problem boosting their post count. :rotfl:

OK, I have skimmed thru the posts as fast as I could. I have been to the school, Target, and the grocery store this morning. I still have to put a few things away, switch out DS's clothes, clean the bathrooms....and maybe squeeze in a nap. Catch you later!

We have to have a prescription for any pseuoephedrine product here now. The old cold products with "Sudafed" in them are now schedule III. The OTC cold preps have phenylephrine in them now. Up until June, this year, we were selling a limited amount to patients/customers, and they had to show I.D. and sign for them. Now they are prescription (Pseudoephedrine). Did your Aleve Cold and Sinus still have PSE in it?

Really? You need a prescription for them? I though you just had to ask a pharmacy for it, but I've never bothered. Why exactly did they stop putting the pseudoephedrine OTC? Is it dangerous or were kids abusing it?

Pseudoephedrine is the main ingredient used to make meth. Since meth is such a huge problem the thought was to make it harder to get the ingredients would mean the meth production would decrease. Most states have just move it behind the counter or have restrictions on how much you can purchased but it sounds like OR has gone even further.

Yes. That is a CIII here now. I think we may be the only state to have put it on the "Narcotic" Schedule. Rx only. Other states may follow because of Oregon and the Meth problems.

Oh, is it used to make meth? I never really follow news much so I never fully understood why they removed pseudoephedrine from the shelves. I know it sometimes gave me heart palpitations so I wondered if it was causing problems for people.

Heres the DS getting ready for a wonderful day ...Pics of the wench and me self are to come later ..

Bad Parent Award -

I've never rented a stroller for DD.... Her first trip was at age 5. She did slow us down a little during rope drop a couple days but she quickly learned that when mom said go, we went.....

As Ty would say..... MOVE THAT KID.....

(On a side note...my feet do hurt really bad by the end of a day in the parks so it's not like it's go go go all day)
