This had most of the state of Michigan laughing for 2 days and a very embarrassed female news anchor who will, in the future, likely think before
she speaks. What happens when you predict snow but don't get any....a true
story...We had a female news anchor who, the day after it was supposed to have snowed and didn't, turned to the weatherman and asked: "So Bob, here's that 8 inches you promised me last night?" Not only did HE have to leave the set, but half the crew did too they were laughing so hard!

I think there should be some break for employeers that hire HS kids (thank you John1) and give them the opportunity to learn to work. There is a large investment of time and training that goes into helping these kids learn how to show up when/where they are supposed to and be productive for hours at a time. There is a huge difference in my DGS's financial needs and those of folks who are trying to survive on MW and just don't have the where with all to do something more with their lives. DGS is doing a great job and his bosses absolutely LOVE him, he looks for work to do, offers extra help, etc., but that cannot be said of all his friends. Some of them require a bit of "management time" to become good employees.
