I just got the call from daycare and it looks like Nathan now has pinkeye!

We were planning on going to the zoo tomorrow and now that may have to be cancelled as well.

It has been a long week and with this new development I just feel like crying. Aaron is getting off work to take Nathan home and then to his doctors appointment at 2:30. Even though Allie had pinkeye last week they still won't call in some drops for DS unless they see him and 2:30 was the earliest appointment.

alright you guys, Paul will follow John and Andy and help you stake out our section of the beach. I have pirate flags on sticks you could use to literally stake out a section but the CMs might frown at you.

I'll lollygag behind with the kids for a leisurely breakfast, pics with characters, pick up the floats, etc etc.

We could easily clear out a section. If we all just stand around in a big, LOUD group talking Spanx, bananas and coconuts (among numerous other things) and have John wear his yellow suit , others will surely want to find another spot!

we are doing the island cruise on sunday. as for alex i was kinda thinking about bringing some b day hats and maybe some horns and pass them out to some of the dissers in our area so that one night we can surprise her. she has kinda been ripped off the last few years for her b day since autumn became sick. I can not believe she is going to be 15. man do i feel old now.lol!

We finally got the garage door put on today. Looks much better than plywood... The funny thing is, while the guy was finishing up, the tax assessor stopped by for a recheck on the addition. Like he really thought we would finish it on time to counted for next years taxes!!

Hi Tana, The big old lime green mickey bus is getting closer and closer.

Especially for you since you're going down so early.. I'm so excited for you guys!!! And only 10% jealous, LOL.

As for your questions, I'll let the experts answer since I dunno. I'm sure it will all be discussed and planned to the detail at dinner Saturday night too.

My FIL just called me, he is at his parents house in Lincoln Nebraska and they are doing an extreme home makeover a few blocks away starting today, ending next Saturday. Dh is going down next weekend for a football game. The boys and I were going to stay home for JP's basketball game.. but that might change if the coach thinks its ok for him to miss the game. So excited -- the boys love EHM!!! They totally want to be Ty.

Well, since my in-laws live in Egypt, they aren't up to making the trip. We can't understand each other anyway, but I am sure my MIL would do alot of cooking and cleaning if they ever did come.

The ship pulls in in the early am..... You can feel the thrusters turn the ship as they back in........ Think 7ish...

Breakfest up at Topsiders opens at 7:30 (according to may DD navigator)
Topsiders provides you with a great view of the island (since it's off the back of the boat) We usually due an early to breakfest and then dash down the stairs to get our place in line to get off the boat... All ashore depends on when they have unloaded the supplies. (usually 9-9:30)

The family beach can be viewed from the starboard side (ie the side that faces the dock when we first board at the Cape).

...Is anyone near Williamsberg, VA or Charlottesville VA? We'll be in those two places the week of Thanksgiving...

Double drats! We were going to Williamsburg over Thanksgiving, but decided not to after we switched from the Aug. repo to this cruise! That would've been SO much fun to get together!!!

Williamsburg is one of my all-time favorite places!! Maybe I should start hinting to the DS's that William & Mary would be a fine place to go to college!

Hmmm...my powers of reading minds is...just..not...working. Maybe all those years of being expected to read DW's mind has burned out the inner workings of my melon.

Mostly the same banter. Some are planning on staking a large claim on CC with pirate flags and such! There may also be a race for the hammocks.
