ROFL! You really could. There is candy, scrapbook supplies, gifts, my sewing kit, school supplies, photo albums....and my wedding dress!

I guess I am just a poor girl because I cannot even imagine how much money all of these cruises would cost. The thought of that much money makes my stomach actually flip.

But we could dream Becka . . . . Maybe we could win some lottery . . .

I do have to say (and I have thought of editing my own signature because it seems to be taking on too much of a life of it's own - too many trips!) that this seems a bit boastful. If I had that much money, I would not be telling the whole wide world (or at least the DIS universe).

Hey everyone. I love reading all your posts. It really helps cheer me up. Work is so bad right now. My receptionist/accounting clerk still is not back from being sick and bereavement leave for the death of her sister. We are going on 3 weeks where I have done her work and mine and everything just keeps building up. I was in the office at 8:30 this morning left at 6:30 decided the only way to end a day like this was outback with alcohol, came home and finished the stupid check run. It looks like I will lose over 30 hours of vacation this year because I can't take the time off due to work load. I am taking 68 hours in dec but will still be over our yearly maximum at year end. on top of that, it looks like I have to work at least one day this weekend and possibly next weekend. I supposedly work 34 hours a week but have not been below 45 for months. I love my job but really am feeling put upon by my boss who can't seem to make it into the office more than 8 hours a week. Sorry to be such a bummer but when I talk to my husband about it he basically says--just quit, we can make it somehow. I doubt we would do many Disney cruises if I quit. Hopefully my receptionist/accounting clerk will be back next week. But she has vacation scheduled for nov & dec. OW tomorrow is another fun day where I open & close the office.

Ok, are you all doing WCC? I did not want to eat there if I was alone, interested? A breakfast maybe? And thanks to a reminder from Kristina, I will be spending some time in the lobby, just to enjoy the lodge itself.

Well just in case any of you were keeping up my Waistcoat finally showed up today ...Talk about a Day late and a dollar short ...lol Also my brown contacts showed up as well ..both of them being late ...cant have a CJS on the cruise with Blue Green eyes now can we ...I know I know too much detail ..lol But I am still debating getting the sparrow tattoo but I am going to take care of the "P" with the tanning process ..lol

Hey, if you're going to do it, you may as well do it RIGHT!

And, you have reminded me - I have not even THOUGHT about the magnet door signs, and we are just a bit over a month away!

Okay , I just called one of my Disney sources , they say its NO - then I went and checked out the DMC DVD and on the subtitles it says "NO" ...Dang , it does not make sense to me ...I swear its an an ole dress , but everyone and the DVD it self says ...

But I still say its an ole dress cause that makes more sense .

If your in touch with your employee, I would profer that because of her absence, You will be loosing the ability to take X vacation hours....

Does she think she can take off 3 weeks or more and than come back a couple days and then leave again? That's almost rediculous....

(i really do understand her need to help her family through this tough time. However, there are other people (you for one) that she should consider too.)

Is there any chance you could ask your boss to comp some of the time. (spending money is good....) or to let HR carry over your time since you are carrying a double workload. If your company is small enough they should be able to work something out..... Even in large companies, things can be worked out...

Todd - I have the same lime pirate mickey sans names.....I couldn't figure out how to add them without photo shop.

I do have a CJS with a "welcome to the Caribbean love".....sweet! and several others as well as my mickey ears. I am still working on people's magnets. I need to go get them laminated soon!

I was just realizing how little time we have left to do things (and how few paychecks!!) before the cruise. Oh my.....!

I'm upset. On the phone with Disney, I happened to go the the WDW site and looked up FL res discounts for the 12/7-12/9 period. Now RECALL, that I have been unable to change resorts or apply anything to my Poly reservation...thus we are paying full price.
I see the Poly is $573.76 for 2 nights where I am paying $708.74. I CALL...the CM tells me nothing is available. (and online the only room that came up at Poly was GV, nothing at CR or GF or WL) She looks again and nothing is available.

I am at the cc booking part online and am tempted to book online and cancel my other one.
??? Don't know. She is telling me that the website will show all availability until you enter your cc info. Now I know they just updated their website as I had a fiasco checking in last weekend as we changed resorts AGAIN before we left. IDK.....

I guess that I will start with the good news. Last night after going to a couple houses near us we went to a Halloween party. DS was miserable in his Hook costume due to it being so warm. KIM that he wore it last December to the Pirate party....after wearing it all thru early dinner & around the ship after that...so he wanted to go home. I got a tshirt for him to wear & it got better. The kids filled their pumpkins from all of the games, along with getting teddy bears, pirate gear, & DD got some pompoms. DS won the costume contest for the younger kids & was very happy. It was much easier than walking the 2 miles thru the neighborhood.

OK....so now I move on to today's fiasco at school. I spent all but 1 hour at the school from 8 am - 6:45 pm there. People were suppose to pick up their stuff 2:30-6:30. Well at 6:45 we put 41 boxes of stuff in the walk in freezer. So now instead of being able to go to the scrapbook store for ME time....I need to go in and call all of those PIA lazy parents who didn't pay attention to the two notices or the phone message that was done over the past week to let them know. Please note......

I WILL NEVER EVER EVER WORK THE FUNDRAISER PICKUP AT THE SCHOOL EVER AGAIN!!!

She and I will be having a one on one....

You think i'm kidding.. One year she was volunteering at a farm that does a therapuetic riding program. (She was 11) but at that farm she was upset that they wouldn't let her muck stalls....

Right now she is working for her riding lessons...However, she likes the working part better than the lessons i think. She's been complemented on being one of the few kids who do their work no questions asked. She even asked me to stay extra a few days to finish up work that the others didn't complete. (One day none of the 6 water barrels out in the summer stalls were filled so she stayed an extra hour)

She often gets upset when we have other things to do on the weekend and she can't go to the farm.

If i didn't know better, I'd swear she was born in a barn..
