ONE WEEK FROM TODAY WE'LL ALL BE BOARDING ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND FUN SHIPS IN THE OCEAN!!!

AAHHHH, I can't believe it's only a week away!! I've been checking the weather for Orlando & Nassau. Keeping my fingers (and toes) crossed for gorgeous weather

I am pretty sure he graduated in 1990...He is snoring on the couch or I would double check!!!! We leave in the morning for a few days at WDW before the cruise... I am sure everyone will know me, I will be the one chasing a very blond toddler and probably my four year old too... we always make an impression...anyone with little boys can relate I am sure!

This time tomorrow, I'll be on the plane getting ready to take off!! Woo-hoo!!!!! I'm so excited! I've been up since 2:30 this morning to go shopping and I'm not even tired because I'm getting all of my last minute things tied up before we leave tomorrow morning! Hope everyone has safe trips to Florida in the next six days.

Hi, we fly out Sunday. Very excited. The only seat we could book for my son was in first class so while the rest of us are in the back he'll be living it up in comfort. Maybe he'll trade seats with me. ...not likely!

Question...we've heard some families talking about taking a cooler with drinks and juices onto the ship. Does anyone know if you can do that?

I've read on another thread in the past that if it's a collapsible cooler they will most likely allow you to take it on. But I don't think they allow the hard plastic coolers on wheels.

Good luck getting your son to trade seats with you!

He may know my hubby - or his sisters. Ask him if he knows Tom, Kim or Linda Russo. If you look for us - DH is 6'3, and we have a very blond 4-year old named Zach whom I'm sure we'll be chasing after. I'm sitting in a hotel room in Kingsland, GA right now - DH and I did most of our drive yesterday. Today we'll meet up with the rest of our group and spend the night offsite at Marriott's Cypress Harbour resort. We'll be out the door tomorrow by 7:30am and heading off to the Poly for the next 4 nights

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Fish Extender Exchange! There were some REALLY neat gifts in ours...and the kids were just so excited every night to come to the room and find a gift in their pocket! Ok, I'll admit it, I was excited too! LOL I hope all of you had a "Wonder"ful cruise...my only complaint is that it was too short! I don't think I'll be doing a 3 night cruise again...I like the 7 night cruises!!! We just did this one because we really wanted to do a Disney vacation this year and we wanted to see the ship decorated for Christmas. CC day couldn't have been better! It was just PERFECT! We did the parasailing and I HIGHLY recommend it...it is so peaceful to be floating up there hundreds of feet above the water!

Did anyone go see Bolt? We finally did the last night at 10:45 pm...that was a really good movie!

I hope everyone had a safe trip home. And for those of you who went to WDW afterwards, LUCKY YOU! They're having MUCH better weather in Orlando this week than they did last week when we were there. Oh well...you know what they say....a rainy or cold day at WDW is better than a sunny day at home.

What a "Wonder"ful couple of days!! The FE was so much fun!! Even more fun when I gave the job to the kids to do each night! I really wish I had taken the time to meet more of you...we LOVE all our gifts...the kids especially thought getting things was !! We were lucky and got our same Server again this year (I did request)....and had Rose bringing me drinks by the pool AGAIN...3rd year of that! It was like "Going Home" (said by my DD13) I'm trying to get my picture together...would love to see others too...maybe recognize some families that we didn't get to meet....Looking forward to 09?

We had such a wonderful time on this trip - the FE exchange was wonderful! My little guy had such a great time checking the stocking each time we came back to the room. He actually was pretty angry most of the day yesterday, and when I finally got him to tell me why he said "Mommy, I'm mad because you made me leave Disney and the ship!" .

Thank you all! I booked a 7 day in 2010 while on board, so it looks like 11/6/10 for us!

Hope every had wonderful holidays. Thanks for all the fe gifts. It was alot of fun even though i forgot my fe at home. (I was the one with the box) I'll just have to save it for next time.
We had a wonderful time at Atlantis. Definately do that again.
Took time to see Bolt It was a nice extra touch to see it in 3D.
I'm ready for another cruise!

I booked a couple of months ago and just found this thread..so, I had to say "HELLO"! I'm bringing 3 of my 4 kids along this time...At the time of the cruise they'll be DD (13), DD (9) and DS (9). DD(13) knows about the trip...but, the others do not..so, I might try and hold off and surprise them the day we head to FL. My oldest (the one I'm leaving at home..again this year) will be in 10th grade and I feel has just gotten too old to make these shorter cruises. We will probably drive down the day before and stay at The Pop Century ..that's kinda become a tradition the last couple of cruises.. I'm pretty sure I've got at least one more mom and her kids joining in with me...last year's cruise was the only cruise I didn't plan with any other families/friends...but, because it was the year of my 40th...and I LOVE Disney cruising...I booked....it turned out there were 2 other families from our hometown on the cruise...and what made that even more magical was that both had daughters my daughter's ages..and they were classmates.....table for 1 at Palo was sad sounding...but, they treated me well!!

I am constantly thinking and planning for my next cruise!!! By the time the trip gets here I will have bought way too "Minnie" outfits for myself and my kids...I already have more than a couple of new things put aside........Door Sign making.....I've certainly been thinking about it...I've got lots of materials lined up...can't decide if I should just update the old one or come up with something new. I love leaving surprises for my kids too....Since I was use to traveling with others..and was use to making lots of extras..last year I went around and decorated a couple of doors...left surprises from Cinderella, Jack Sparrow, Tinkerbell and even Mickey!! I was walking the halls each night at 1 am!!! It was a blast! It all paid off...I left the family across the hall from us a couple of things..and on the last night...she figured it out..and that last morning...I found a thank you note under our door!!

Look forward to checking in on this thread over the next months..and hopefully meeting up with some of you.

I was just reading back over the thread.....after discovering we still had some FE gifts that weren't opened yet! With a couple of families that I know who are going next week...it was kinda nice to in some small way feel like I was back on the Wonder....I spent the last couple of days creating door signs for them as well as FE type gifts since they aren't taking part in anything like that...When I came across my post from last year..and noticed my mention of "the thank you note" from the family across the hall...I had to post.....Guess what the same family was back again...and they recognized me!! We had a long chat..and I was even able to share extra FE with them this year as well as 2 other families that were sailing with them. I told them that I still had the note..and they shared how much what I had done for them...and I shared how much the note meant to me..and that made everything I had done and continue to due pay off! Just had to share!

I know this thread is old/over...however, i wanted to ask you if you ever posted a pic of your FE? I saw your fabrics you were going to use and loved them. I am going on the Magic in October and am making a FE. You had said wayyy back that you were going to get embroidered disney stuff to put onthem. Did you get them?
