All resorts have ended signing up. Trees are being sent and starting to be enjoyed.

Ok, the DISers have spoken!

This is the 2013 DVC holiday tree exchange. New this year is having each resort coordinated separately. Here are the coordinators and tree donors for each resort. Please check those threads to see if your dates are available. Thank you to everyone helping spread the holiday magic!

I know the trees will need to be sent about a week -10 days before the first recipient. My suggestion is to decide as soon as you can, because already people have signed up for dates.

We are currently scheduled to stay at BLT on December 16th - 21st, but will attempt to change to VGF on August 16th. Will there be a VGF exchange?

Certainly allowed if someone wants to head them up. The same holds true for HH and VB. I was just concentrating on the WDW resorts to see if we could find donors and coordinators for those, but the more the merrier!

Aulani in particular would present some challenges, but it could be done. Perhaps someone who lives there or at least has been there could take on the challenge? Buying locally, perhaps? I mentioned in another thread that shipping a tree to Hawaii via UPS or FedEx (how the trees usually get to WDW) might make the exchange too costly.

I think Disney Bell Services should be accommodating everywhere, so we wouldn't have to limit this to WDW for that reason. The only limit we've really had has been DVC resorts.
