I lost 11 lbs by drinking water, eating lots of raw veggies through the day light exercise.! 2weeks ago I started my W.I.S.H my goal is 15 lbs. Then I will begin my journey into trying to tone up my flabby behind! 129lbs and still counting down!!! W.I.S.H. me luck!!!
