Just wanted to mention, though the dining crowds will be larger starting August 13th, you should not assume that the dining crowds still won't be there when you're there. We were in WDW late April/early May for 2 weeks and you did not get into any of the popular places without an ADR. Actually every morning at MK there would be a sign stating what restraurants have tables available and encouraged you to book at city hall. Whenever we left MK around lunch time, there would be a sign saying no table service is available. With packages being popular and DVC members now being able to add the
DDP, we were so glad we had all of our ADRs. We watched as folks were turned away at LeCellier, Coral Reef, and 50s Prime Time. Though I'm sure you could call the morning of and get into some of the resort restraurants. So ADRs are still a must, but you can still do a little arranging once you get to your resort or park. We'll be there for the
free dining on August 17th!
