I just got my membership cards and verified with Member Services that that the closing has occured with account and I can now transfer points... so I need to rent/transfer my first year's points to help pay the downpayment! 
(Already rented 36 of them.)
I have 114 points that must be used by no later than July 1st of this year. Obviously I'd prefer to move them all to one person but I'm willing to split up if need be.
I'm looking for $10/pt. Will accept PayPal (no credit cards) or, if renting 60+ days in advance, a check or money order sent via snailmail.
