114 BLT Points for Rent for stays after 8/1/2024 at $20/point

I have 300 points for rent for stays before July 31, 2025. 100 of them are banked from my August 2023UY and I have 200 new points after 8/1/2024. For a trip requiring more than 300 points, I'm willing to borrow from my 2025 points, so I can accomodate rentals up to 500 points betweem 8-1-2024 and 7-31-2025.
I'm easy to work with and happy to adjust your stay or make requests if needed.

Typically I ask for 50% of the payment once I confirm the reservation and the balance 45 days before your stay. I have a contract that I use.
