111 or more SSR points available, Aug 2024 use year, $17 transfer or $18 rent

I need to do something with my remaining 111 Aug 2024 points... They are bankable into an Aug 2025.
I'd be happy to transfer them all for $17/pt or I can do a rental for $18/pt, and can use some of my Aug 2025 points also; I don't expect to use any points myself until summer 2026.
I'm a long-time Disboards user (though not as active lately, I admit,) DVC member since 2006, and have done multiple transfers and rents in the past.

The only option for one room the whole time is a one-bedroom Savanna View at 152 points.
The only night a studio is available is the 24th., sorry.
Your only options for a studio on those dates are SSR or OKW.
