Hey Kathy, if you move to Vegas I could probably get you a job making pizza and you will barly ever see rain...how do you feel about 120 degree temps

120 is a bit much, guess you cook the pizzas in the parking lot huh??
I owned a pizza restaurant here in Silverton before we moved to Florida so I know how to put out a lot of pizzas really fast.

Of course yours are probably all different from mine. There are so many different styles now. Guess I iwll pass on the offer this time, thanks anyway.

Perhaps we will just drop by and say hello if we pass that way again.

Okay I haven't been on in afew days because Monday April 7th, 2008 Julie Lynn was born. Yes, she was 3 weeks early but she is healthy and doing great. She arrived at 7:59 pm and was 5lb 10oz. DS is getting used to having another child around. I will post pictures tomorrow. I haven't sleep in days because you can't sleep in a hosptial. Just want to share the good news with you guys!! Talk to you soon!!

Who buys cruise insurance and why. We always did because we wanted the security of knowing we could cancel if anything happened to Mina's mom. I don't have it for our next cruise and am panicked that I should add it before final payment.

Opinions?

Jeff, I have bought it for both cruises, and needed it on the last one. Even though I got sick on Friday night, I still received a decent refund. Plus, I had nearly $200 worth of football tickets for an ACC Playoff game on Saturday in Jacksonville we missed, and I recouped that expense.

So, after seeing how easy it is to get sick, and how quickly it can ruin a pricey vacation, I think the roughly $150 I pay for the insurance is well worth it. Plus, since we drive, there is always the chance of missing due to car trouble, which is covered.

We work for a VP who is an egotistical, back-stabbing @#($*&# so I spent the day waiting for the other shoe to drop. It didn't, my direct boss says no way they're touching me, but you never know ....

Headache is somewhat better but still there. No cause for concern just happens mostly in the spring. Didn't help that I was with leaves and dead plants for a few days . Went with Elizabeth and Stephanie today while they ran errands and Elizabeth had her 18 month well check! Can you believe she's that old! We missed each other. Can't help but feel better when she smiles and gives me a kiss!

Well, I am around, just not much right now. For some reason, when a client is paying my company $100+ an hour for my time, they get a little upset about me playing on the computer! (BTW, I don't see too much of what the company gets...I know, Jeff, I need to get out on my own!)

did you do yours through Disney or otherwise. We have always bought the Disney insurance. It's just easier. But its seems there are less expensive choices out there...

Hmmm. Now it looks like i'm talking to myself! Just finished a big project I had been avoiding so I'm thrilled it's done. Now two more big (but much less annoying) projects to do before the end of the week.

We realized today that we get to book our excursions for our August cruise in just a couple of weeks (May 12) YIKES we haven't done nearly enough research. Probably do a dolphin encounter in Puerto Vallarta, go to a beach resort in Mazatlan and a catamaran trip/beach break in Cabo. Gotta do some beach stuff since there is no Castaway Cay on this one.

We have never done DCL excursions before so this should be a fun first. The travel agent we used - recommended by someone on our Tortola DIS board group -- gave us a $400 OBC. That's a nice start for this one. We have a Cat 8 GTY so we are hoping to get bumped up to a 6.

Anyone who has ever done Mexican Riviera (DCL or otherwise) have any suggestions for those ports?
