Nope not me...I tried at the port that last time but the ship was sold out so I couldn't even pay for the upgrade. Last year we really wanted to stay in a Cat 3 (even had it booked) put we could have went on 2 cruises for the price.

I know, but I am VERY happy with my cabin, I won't pay for a category 3, but for free what the heck.
