Hey GregLA!

Had an errand running day and now I am cooking a huge pot of meat sauce (as in spaghetti) with meatballs. Christine - I experimented and have come close enough to my mom's recipe to make me have good memories. So now I make the sauce ALMOST as good and the meatballs ALMOST as good as well. Your tips helped me last week remember what to do.

Dinner is going to be yellowfin tuna on the grill. I grocery shopped and ran some errands while the girls were at the pumpkin patch. I skipped it this week due to my severe reaction to the hay everywhere last week. But I did all my running around while the Steelers were playing. It's the best time to get things done around here coz NO ONE is out. And people look at you funny wondering why you aren't home watching the game.

Went to Ritz Camera to try to get the new camera I want (Canon G10) but they are not stocking it at any stores close enough to my house to make it easy. So I have to order it online and hope I like it - but they did say I can return it to any Ritz Camera store within 10 days with no restocking or other kind of fee. So I guess I'll be ordering online tonight.

Ok time to get the grill ready for the tuna. Have a good evening all. I'll check back later.

Hey GregID - Here's a question that I bet you can answer. I'm looking for a GOOD free conference call service. I rarely have anything beyond a three-way call but for my client's new product/service launch this week, we are doing media training tomorrow and i need to dial in about 5 people.

I'll be abusing the Cruisemate email list to send you all details about this new client because I think the free service they are offering is something that everyone should have. So expect an email from me tomorrow and forgive the intrusion.

Elmer, Elmer, Verna its about time to step up to the plate and reveal yourselves, lest this event becomes a bit embarrasing for some!! You know who I'm talking about. A bird in hand is better than one overhead. A great clue if I may say so. If you pay with peanuts, you get monkeys. Another clue. If you like your passport picture, you probably need this trip. Any takers? Man who fly plane upside down, have crack-up. Should I keep going? Man who wants pretty nurse must be patient. Lets see if your curiousity has been well fed.

I know who Elmer, Verna and the Inpector really are and I wouldn't have been able to get them from those clues. (maybe I'm just not that smart?)

We got back from our walk; went down a couple of trails on the Space Center property (it's a wild life refuge too.) It rained a little bit, but we got under some palm trees in the palm hammock, and stayed pretty dry. DH Steve is trying to exercise and eat right, and these walks will help I'm sure. The weather is getting much nicer for walks; I think it was about 76 today at 4:00.

If my mom feels good, she and dad are coming over to watch the Bucs and eat fajitas that Steve is making. Mom has been having a lot of pain and nausea, and some fever from the chemo and post-meds. She is in pretty good spirits though.

Neither of us wants to go to work tomorrow. We talked to a good friend of ours who retired this year; he sounds really good. We are so jealous! I have at least 14 years to go with NASA, and DH - who knows how long, the way the contracts keep changing. Oh well, these days, we just have to be thankful for our jobs and the many blessings that we have...like for instance, a cruise coming up in a few weeks! Yay!!!!
