Hey Pam, if it makes you feel any better....I'm not going on vacation to compete with super models either.....lost my football star/Mr. Universe physique years ago! (in fact, I'm not even sure I ever had it?)

I'm going to have fun with the family and relax and get to know our new Nana friends.

No, I'm not either. I am definitely going to relax and get to know everyone so don't laugh at me by the pool okay!!! I do enough of that myself , but better to laugh than to cry right?

I made us some shrimp/corn chowder for dinner and Woo did up a turkey breast....mmmmm (I bet its better than deer OR possum meat) This will really show my age---wasn't Pogo the lil dude in the cartoon strip a possum?

We had silent Sunday at soccer today. At DD Nicole's game the other team brought over hot cider with Rum. That was a nice touch. I'll have to remember that. However, we decided to keep the party going after the game. One of Nicole's team mates invited us over for dinner. So I stopped home for wine and an appetizer. It was a nice unexpected treat on a school night!

Wendy - Hope your FIL is doing better.

Pam - Nice dress! I'm glad there's another DD for Nicole to hang with!
