Well. That's quite a statement to just put out there without saying why......did you hate the food? were there rats running around? or something else?

I think the main problem was lunch. We ate there one other time years ago for dinner and I remember having steak and lobster and it was delicious. This last time combined with poor service it was a nightmare. We spent 2 1/2 hours in there and came out hungry For an appetizer, we got a simple garden salad with a bunch of unknown stuff on it! Asked for dressing on the side (and you couldn't get any of the known dressings! You know ranch, french, etc) came with a dressing mixed--it tasted like garlic. Sent it back and asked for again just the greens--came back without the dressing but with the stuff on top. It looked and tasted like a tumbleweed. You couldn't take it off it was all tossed in. I could go on about every course. They weren't able to change or substitute anything! Now Skylar had duck and escargot (sp?) and he ate it. I guess if you like that kind of food, you're ok

Watching Weather Channel right now and I see things have been picking up steadily since I first turned on the TV.

for my BFF-LA. Like we mentioned before, at least all the emergency & law personnel are stationed at her hospital...

So Marie, what kind of big giant gifts do you think we're going to be giving you? Makes me think I should put out a big ol garbage bag for whatever you are bringing for us!

You know, a garbage bag isn't a bad idea.... Just slap on a couple Disney stickers, and wa-la -- instant FE!!!!!

Besides, Shell said my FE has to be kept at her cabin so she doesn't have to walk all the down to steerage. I'm sure it will add a decorative touch to deck 6....

Good Morning all,

OK I guess my concern about the pocket size did seem greedy for BIG surprises. :good vibes I didn't mean it that way. The pockets that its has on it will only fit about one legal size envelope and more then half will stick out the top .

I was hoping to be able to use it for other things here at the house to.
I talked to Dawn and hope to be able to do something with her. We considered just trying to make another large pocket and attaching on the bottom . I wasn't sure if there was a limit to how long it can hang.

My family is sending prayers to everyone affected to these storms. I have the boys watching the weather everyday so they know what there up for when we get moved to FL next Summer.

Just wanted to post a "gentle reminder" to anyone flying Southwest that they might want to check their flights and the current costs. Our flight home post-cruise has dropped in price twice over the past 24 hours. We only saved $93 but every little bit helps. Okay, nagging done...

Looks like a day of nonsense chores around the house. Seems so strange to be worrying about cleaning vacuum cleaner filters while others are waiting on the arrival of Gustav. I guess we're all watching the weather in the background and sending prayers and good vibes to everyone in the path of the storm. Take care Wendy and also all of her BFFs who are worrying themselves to death (Shell!)

Awwwwww, thanks Cheryl! Hey, at least I slept last night! Just to show how our brains are connected, I told Wendy last night to make sure she took something to help her sleep, she said, "I got it. It's called Grey Goose and lemonade." Yep, you guessed it, earlier in the evening that was my choice drink of the night ...
