Can i steal your top?

Hello all
It's been so long since I posted that I do believe you might have forgotten me!
It is with great sorrow that I must post this: We aren't going to be going on this cruise with you all![]()
We have a lot of personal issues surrounding this family at this moment and I won't go on and on about them. However, I do have one that I wish to share with you all.
Esther has been diagnosed with cervical cancer and we wish to request your prayers and pixie dust. This has hit Stephen pretty hard and Esther isn't doing real well with it either. Some of you know Stephen and Esther, so, if you will, please keep them in your thoughts.
Thanks so much for your kindness.
I will miss seeing you all and I will miss meeting all the new Nanaheads. This has been a tough year for so many of us. I will continue to peek in every once in a while to say hello and see what you all are up to. We are hoping to go next year. ALL of us!
Thanks
Pat
Terri, I have heard on being lower in the boat helped with seasickness. I understand that the boat "rocks" less on the bottom than on the upper decks.
April:So fill me in about cruise stuff..... Who do I need to let know about participating in everything that has been added? Who is doin the FE goodies list?
April:
For the FE exchange, all you need to do is a) have a fish extender (if you don't have one, PM Dawn DSPARKS and she can help you out); b) let me know that you're participating so I can include you on the cruisemate list; and c) have FUN selecting cheap little novelty items to put in everyone's FEs! There is no time frame or specifics to it ... it's great because you never know which day or what time of day you'll find something in your FE, kinda like finding something in your stocking on Christmas morning! Here are some examples of items we got last year: candy, tiny Mickey snow globe, pirate pencils & eye patches (got those before pirate night) ... does that help?
For the gift exchange, just to give you an example, in past years we have given or gotten items like local foods (we gave popcorn last year from our local popcorn "factory"), candy (chocolates, salt-water taffy, etc), ornaments, suncatchers ... you get the picture! We put a $10 limit just so no one feels like they have to invest a lot, but to be honest, I usually go over!
I'm not sure how many of you know that I lost my sister to Cancer 12 years ago. But I would like to share with you what she left behind. look under History. Her name is Ruth Ann Wilkinson:

hello my Dis BFFs everywhere... I am still sulking and have not spoken to my boss since he rained on my cruise parade. So, have you designed a new teeshirt? I may order it and sit in a hot tub and drink and pretend....
Love to all of you-
Judy

What an amazing woman to deal with such difficult circumstances and yet leave behind a legacy. My aunt died from cancer at age 40 and I remember the months of suffering that she endured and kept hidden as best she could from her two young children.
I think you should just call in sick![]()
