Woo and I have come up with a few but I need more. Its a 4 day August 65-75 grandparents and their 10-12 yr old grandkids.

You guys will have so much fun with this group. They added so much more our cruise last year we decided to go again with them.

I am Christine and I am traveling with my DH Joey. We live in Vegas but are originally from NY. This will be our 4th Disney Cruise and 5th Cruise overall.

Yes, we will be doing Fish Extenders, Group Meet and a Special Ladies Meet. Shell and Kathy are the official welcome committee so they can go into all the fun details.

Greg, looks like you're in for a very interesting Saturday. They are calling for sever Thurnderstroms, which is very exciting. When we do get lighting here is it truly amazing to see, especially when you are staying on the 30th floor of a hotel. However it is very very hot. It was already 100 at 7:30 this morning (my car told me so). The air conditioning in some of these casinos are freezing, so you still might want to bring a light sweater or jacket if you tend to be cold.

We got all kinds of fun things: Stamps, stickers, candy, light up bracelets, beach balls, squirting fish. It's a lot of fun coming back to your room and finding all the fun stuff people leave for you.

Not sure about must do's since we all like something different but here are a few tips that may help a new cruiser.

30. If you want to do the banana boat ride or the ski do(eco tour) I would book ahead of time. They do often have last minute openings so dont be afraid to ask when you arrive if you didnt book it and decided you'd like .

Howdy all - I am the "other" sister Disnydebe mentions - we just made the decision to change from the 4 day wonder to this MAGICAL 7 day - cannot wait!!! Boy you guys have my cruise thread beat for my other cruise - 4 pages - that will take a while to catch up to

So happy to be a - just one question, exactly what is a banana head (history please)

Can't wait to go on this cruise - loved the last time I went when everything was decorated for the holidays (I think they do it right after Thanksgiving?)

BANANAHEAD HISTORY

Many many moons ago there was a thread much like this one for a 7 day Eastern cruise. There were many nice crazy people there getting aquainted when all of a sudden one day a Mutt showed up.
He was even stranger than the rest of us. Now thats pretty strange, almost scary.
Soon on his many posts he included bunches and bunches of crazy bananas doing all kinds of weird things and they were many bright colors too.

Soon he had everyone under his power and we all were helpless and had to succum to his power and we all started posting bananas. it started with just 2 or 3 now and then, just seeing who could out do the others by getting the craziest, wierdest bananas. But then it was dozens and hundreds. Two poor souls actually posted over 1400 bananas in ONE post. We were hooked, there was NO turning back now.

No support or self help groups to save us from this addiction, so we decided to band together and call ourselves the bananaheads. This will be the 3rd cruise for the original bananaheads but along the way we have found more victims, Oops I mean friends who are now cruising for the 2nd time with us and next year we already have a thread going for yet another bananahead cruise.

So watchout for The Mutt, he has strange and magcial powers, now he has tried to confuse his many follwers by changing his posts to Monekys

But we know he is still a mushy old banana inside.


That is the how and what a bananahead it and now that you've joined us you too have this honor and we will all have matching t-shirts ont he first day to wear so the entire ship will know just who we are,
