Good Morning Everyone!

I hope that you all have a wonderful Thursday! Finally got a good night's sleep last night ti recover from the lack of sleep on Tuesday night.
I am doing research into the web site right now. Next question is who to get to host the web site so that it will be economical, but allow us all the features we need. I will keep you all posted!

I know NOTHING about websites except what I read from what I hear from those who have them. Try Yuku boards... and also Yahoo has a website (I think) I'll ask my friend...I'm pretty sure she pays $10 a month, but only she can edit it, it is a website that she puts links on etc....But YUKU boards or EZ boards will be a message board...So I don't know what you are looking for.

G'morning all. Pat - great pix thanks for posting! Now the pressure is on me to download MY pictures too.

Busy weekend coming up here. How about with all of you. Our neighborhood garage sale is Saturday and we are participating even though we haven't dragged anything down from the attic yet. Hoping to spend tomorrow to do some of that. Each of the girls has a birthday party Saturday and Lizzie still has soccer. Swim team practice starts tomorrow afternoon and then her brownie troop has a bowling party. Yikes. Had I known all this, I would have stayed in orlando!

There are a few obstacles in the way. DD will be a senior, DD who will be an 8th grader will be in all honor classes, the teachers have no pity for vacationers but in all honesty I'm tired of paying the premium prices to cruise during breaks.

Oh my gosh ... we SOOOOO need Judy to chime in on this one. She's a teacher (her best friend Robin is a principal) and both were with us last year. She is very passionate about the need for taking kids out of school for family time with a story that will bring tears to your eyes ...

Pat, the kids are amazing! That little Cullen ... he is definitely one of my favorite memories from 2006. He and Steve were having breakfast at Topsiders, so I stopped and said Hi and asked Cullen how he was doing. He stopped, looked at me, and said deadpan with a mouthful of food "I'M EATING!" Needless to say, I was dismissed and went on my way

Oh my gosh ... we SOOOOO need Judy to chime in on this one. She's a teacher (her best friend Robin is a principal) and both were with us last year. She is very passionate about the need for taking kids out of school for family time with a story that will bring tears to your eyes ...

I do need Judy to chime in...In elementary school, the teachers are willing...but when you are in honors classes in middle school 12 yr old and taking AP classes in H.S. 16 yr old, they will not slow down and wait for you to return from vacation. Some will give you the work before hand and some will say she can get it when she gets back. They're a tough crowd LOL
I always come back with the...Not everyone can take their vacations in the summer or holiday breaks...I know my husband cannot take off the end of the year (Xmas break) as he closes out his figures etc etc.

Yes her house was damaged, but it looks like it's fixable. However my BIL and other sister owned another house that is being demolished today. You can see it in this clip:

It's the first house you see as it pans around (in the foreground). After where the house is there used to be a lumber yard, pizza place, bar/grill and a grocery store. There is just a bunch of rubble.

The big metal structures you see next are what's left of the Kwik Star Gas station.

Just got back from our camping trip.

Started off as camping in the motorhome, but ended up at the condo in Yellowstone. (needless to say....rain played a factor)

My word....I leave for a week and you guys go "posting crazy" on me!!

I'll have to catch up on all the posts later.

Looks like we have a new virgin nanahead?! (like me)

I'm Greg and will be traveling with my wife Janel and our 4 kids....Chayce 13, Nicole 7, Brayden 4 and Holly 1.

OK I go to work and do a jewlery party and WHAMM-O There are 3 pages to catch up on.

We will be making our decision by Friday for sure. I have to call DCL because they booked this cruise while I was on board the Wonder in April BUT I haven't been charged the deposit yet. I am hoping they booked it, because I got 10% off and a $200 onboard credit. There are a few obstacles in the way. Joanna-We soon will be in that situation too . My kids will be in 4th and 7th grade when we cruise this year. It is getting harder and harder to take them out of school. Our school really frowns upon taking them out. I think this year I will try to get my kids to get their home work done on that Wednesday and Thursday before the cruise. They have no school those 2 days. I do think it is really important to go on family vacations and you are right it is so expensive during the time the kids have off. We hope you can join us


I see you sell Lia Sophia. My friend sells it too. I have several pieces and I love them!

Hey Mel, tell them they are in our prayers. I have been through a tornado before, and we were fortunate in that there wasn't a lot of damage to our home, unlike some around us. Definitley no fun!
