Ok gang so i was thinking of a different show where they left people on an island to survive and voted them off. I tried to watch it, didnt like it , so quit watching a long time ago, I thought it was the same show mentioned.

I most humbly ask for the nanahead forgiveness, don't want to be made into a banana split:worship: :worship: :worship:

If that doesnt work, remember I am an old nanahead, I have been here from the beginning, so many long years ago and after listening to all of you for the past few years I am entitled to be wrong ONCE!:rotfl2:
There is a first time for everything ya know. ONE mistake in all this time is pretty good.

catch you later everyone,

kathy

See, now thats exactly what I was thinking! :thumbsup2

And that show did have a gay guy on it....and didn't he end up winning??

Sorry Greg,
I dont know who won, I didnt watch it after one time.
Maybe you could google search it out and see about it if nobody here knows.

Yes, he did win and then "forgot" to include the $1million in his taxes!:lmao:

Wow, three tops in one day, and I am not even trying!:cool1:

Jeff, that zip line tour sounds fun! :woohoo:

Which port of call is that one in?

ok.... everyones starting to talk about stuff to do on islands and such.
Whats everyone gonna do on OUR islands?

Cozummel is pretty much a given for me....dolphins dolphins tequila dolphins....and dolphins that deliver tequila to me in exchange for fish.

What about Grand Cayman....gimme ideas-- I've always heard it was really commercial but since I haven't been there(I blame Woo for stunting me as a baby and not taking me to islands with booze and dolphins and stuff.)I dont know.

I think Key west has already been decided with our official tourdude, Trey.

Yeah...and where will the monkeys be?

Kim - are you sure you don't want to join us on this cruise?

Well, Jeff-I do enjoy a good zip line:rolleyes1

Mutt-I know you can charter a private boat at Grand Cayman and I would really like to do that. I heard the same thing about it being commercial so I'm not all that interested in "sightseeing" there. I would to be on the water with good drinks and good friends.........now if only I knew where to find some:lmao:

7 pages to catch up on! :thumbsup2

Jeff, Did you see the zipline on Disney Splurge TV show? Looks like fun.

Wasn't that Richard Hatch that forgot? He had land in Northern Michigan.

I'm tired after having the garage sale all day. Mediocre results.

Hope to check back in later.

you aren't old Kathy...dont be given everyone the wrong impression!

Thanks for the vote of confidence Bill.:goodvibes

But I was referring to the beginning of the Bananaheads, not my beginings in life:lmao: If you remember I started the thread for the first cruise where we became bananaheads. So I consider myself one of the original Bananaheads.
Thus I am an OLD nanahead.:thumbsup2

We have been to Grand Caymen twice and yes it is very modern and it just doesnt have the feel of a tropical island.

They do have a couple beautiful beaches by some hotels you can use .

Shopping at the port is expensive, but if your into Jewerly, cigars and Booze then you'll have plenty of places to shop. We did find 2 tiny tourist type stores with typical souvenirs off to one end.

All of you must see Big Black Dick while your there. Everyone was talking about it on our 2 crusies there. We took pictures and have laughed about it many times. Just stroll towards the end of the stores at the port and you cant miss Big Black Dick.

I wont give details, just watch for it!!

The land formations called Hell are worth seeing but it only takes 2 minutes to see them. The post office there will mail post cards with the post mark. Mailed from Hell which is a fun way to send post cards. It is a long drive from the port, so cheapest way to see it is a city tour if your interested.

I have No idea what we will do there, it is not our favorite place but the other ports are Great and make it well worth the trip, especially Key West, loveit there.

We'll probably be doing beaches and some snorkeling.

With such young kids I think we're limited in allot of the excursions we can do?

Does anyone know if Flounders Nursery does babysitting during shore excursions?

Hey Bill, I'm with you with the dolphins.....I have been talking about this at work and they are all telling me I should do it.....once in a lifetime......which may be true.....however, I'm hoping my life is going to be a little longer and I may be able to do dolpins a second time:confused3 :confused3 ....but I think for sure.....dolphins!!!!!!!:goodvibes

Ummm Kathy?...........is this a fun for the whole family kinda thing or adults only?

Big Black Dick just sounds scary to me?! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Greg I know the kids clubs are open so the nursery should be too.

You are limited to how many hours you can use it on the cruise and it is reservation only. 10 hours per cruise, unless they get cancellations, sometime syou can sneak in a few more.
only downside is the monitors they give you dont work off the ship, so if your child gets hurt or ill they cant reach you..
