Oh....sneaky, sneaky!!!

While I was preoccupied writing you on the CC board you slipped over here!! :happytv:

Good Morning!

Not much going on today except They are coming to put in the pool liner! :woohoo: Probably stick a load of wash first thing because the water will be running for a while! :rotfl: I don't know--what does it hold about 13,000 gallons!?

:wave2: Hi Chuck
:wave2: Hi Greg
:wave2: Hi Kathy
:wave2: Hi Lisa- Hope you're having a great time!
:wave2: Hi Melanie- Last but not the least. I was thinking of you again when I listened to a tornado going through Iowa again! :scared1:

Have a Magical Day everyone!

Morning!:hippie:

There's got to be a morning after...

It was a rough night here as you can imagine. That boy scout camp is just north of here. So that same storm came through here and it was a duesy! We literally had the local weather guy on tv from 6 am -10:30 when I finally couldn't stay awake any more. The worst of the storm was gone by about 9-10:00. We heard about the camp in the middle of it and I said a quick prayer because I had a bad feeling:worried:

I heard from my Mom this morning and she is sounding much more upbeat emotionally. The river has gone down and my brother was able to get into their house and turn on the lights (electricity is good!) Once it finally goes down it will be a long time cleaning up all the sludge and mud out of the basement. My parents bedroom is in the basement!!!

On a funny note. Alex thought it was funny to be in the basement bathtub during the sirens. (I had both kids in there and we were reading books) So this morning he got up before everyone else and he headed down there and fell asleep in the bathtub.

So that's the news from "ground zero"...

Yes, I think dogs and children are similiar in the respect that they don't care WHERE they walk!!! In fact my boys will go out of there way to walk through a puddle!

Good morning all,

well my doggies are very upset this morning.
Last night a tractor came and mowed down all the tall grass in the field they run and play in.:worried: They loved to jump into that tall grass and chase field mice which they never could catch because of the tall grass.

Now first time out Pixie catches one right away and we have to make her drop it. Of course she wanted to keep her prize;)

Cold again today but will try not to complain about it too much, it is better than all the tornadoes others are having. I felt so badly for all the boy scouts. I know their first aid training skills really helped to save more lives.

Not much going on today, suppose to hit 70 this afternoon, but that is 30 degrees warmer than it is now, so it better start warming up soon.

I know this is weird but I cant find any sugar free grape jelly the past 3 weeks, Smuckers and simply fruit have always had it and now nobody has it?
Do you think they have run out before the next crop of grapes juice is available for making jelly? It is just weird to me and now the regular grape jelly is getting scarce too.

Let me know if you have any ideas why?
Kathy

Mine did too, they just run and jump in the water. SPLASH!!

worst mine ever did was hide some frogs in their underwear and socks and forget about them for a couple of weeks. :rolleyes1 The smell gave them away:faint:

They were old enough to put away their own clothes, so I never got into the dresser.
Kathy

Hey everyone, greg is picking onme on the 08 board:worried:
He wont letme get the Top Of the Page:lmao: :lmao:

I love being a tattle tale:goodvibes

I need sympathy,:rolleyes1

Hi everyone!

Just watching the news and thought of you Melanie...I hope you and your family are okay...I can't imagine what that would be like...you are in my prayers...

Hi...I miss you guys too!

I have been lurking around the Halloween 2009 meet board...but it's very quiet there:confused3...Alicia really wants to go on Mickey's boat again she wants a chance to try everything...she missed so much last time...right now it looks like it will be the Halloween cruise...it was the best rate we could find for 2009...really wished we rebooked onboard:worried: Our finally dates for the cruise will depend on airfare...so we will not know for sure until December.

That's part of the reason we DID book onboard because I've not done it before and then really regretted it later. So I talked Chris into it. I figured we could always cancel it if we need to. We only rebooked onboard for the 2 of us and still need to add the boys when I get another $500. Which hopefully will be soon.;) Hopefully!

I'm surprised after everything Alicia went through that she's ready to give it a try again!
