Just thought I would pop over here and say hello......chances are very good that I will not be coming along on the 09...but I do have a question......If I book another curise on the 08 for lets say 09.....but really just want to bump it out until 10 so I can cruise on the new ship.....do you think they will allow this? Switching ships?

denise, thats a good question. I dont have an answer for you, but once your on board you can ask the person at the rebooking desk if tis allowed.
At least then you would know for sure.

Hi Denise!!

Not sure -- but I imagine they would allow it. We did our rebooking on the 2007 with only one deposit down. We currently have a "placeholder" for a December 2008 cruise. Once we pick a date (Nov. 2009 if not 2008) and cabin, we'll put the rest of the deposit down and start paying for the cruise itself.

I was surprised by how flexible the whole thing is. And of course, if you end up NOT cruising, you can get your deposit back. They make it so there's no reason NOT to rebook on board!

I think they will letyou. I had to change bookings several times for this year's cruise. I went from the Wonder to the Magic too.

Hi everyone!
Back from Colorado! Fortunately we left Denver just before the snow hit. We were in Estes Park Christmas day and then got home yesterday. It was beautiful and the boys are officially spoiled. Also I think I might have gained 5 lbs!

We have no plans for New Year's. I do have to work Monday. Just home with the boys as usual. Probably watch some of the Planet Earth DVD that I gave Chris for Christmas.

It's only an extra 7.5 - 8 hours from your place, (compared to our drive) so it should be doable!!!!

boy it was quiet yesterday wasnt it.

we stayed home and watched movies.
Greg pulled a muscle in his back so he didnt feel like going out, he needs to just sit all weekend to recover completely from it.

so today will be watching more movies. I am so glad we got a lot of movies for Christmas this year, we are watching all of them.

Yes sounds like it's going to be quite cold. Good thing we have no plans on going anywhere! However I DO have to work New Year's Eve day.

I want to go. But with me quitting... it just depends how things go. We really have no idea at this point. That will be during our busy time so we might not be able to take the time this year. Think happy thoughts for me.
