Hi Jaime!!
I missed you! Hope the rest of your trip was better! I can't believe they all had ear infections. That had to have been painful! It was just kind of weird that they were all getting sick SO much. Did you ever go to the ship's doctor? I took Jackson because Chris was really worried about him and we were afraid his ear infection was coming back too (it wasn't.)

Yes, I'm sorry we didn't get to socialize. We barely got to talk. But I really understand why... the kids just kind of dominated our time!

I was talking to the ships nurse twice...the girls always seemed to get "sick" when the dr. was off...but because they had no fever or any other symptoms she was sure it was seasickness...Glen woke up Sunday morning in WDW and couldn't even talk...so I phone my dr. back home and we went to him as soon as we got back...he couldn't get over how bad all of our ears were...poor Alicia cried so much when we were landing but thankfully she did no damage. When my girls get sick all they usually want to do is sleep but they had so much energy and for the most part are very happy...Glen has gotten worst since he has been home...I think he picked up the stomache flu when we were at the dr...he has lost 10 pounds and hasn't been back to work yet. Poor guy never gets sick.

Your right the kids just kind of dominated our time...next cruise I'll be taking my mom 2009 is so far away but I would like to join you guys...maybe...

I loved everyones pictures they are great! Hoping to get mine online tonight.

Gosh Jaime that's awful! I hope he feels better soon. I feel so sorry for your girls!

I'm afraid Jackson's getting sick again now. (Just in time for our Christmas trip to Colorado!) We had a lull after the cruise and now he's got something again. Soon it won't be such a hassle for me to stay home and take care of him or take him to the doctor! That will be really nice!

Melanie that's what I love about staying home...if my girls need me I am here always!

Poor little Jackson...I dislike when little ones get sick...they just don't understand why mommy can't make it better...maybe we'll be lucky and santa will make everyone better for christmas...I hope he is doing better and you have a great Christmas!

Good evening ,
It is very hard to post here and the 08 board. I will try to keep up!! Well I am off to pack the truck for the airport. Early flight out to Disney tomorrow morning. Wishing all my family a very Merry Christmas and talk to you when I get back!! I think I am most excited to leave the 12 inches of snow and cold !!!



Congrats Melanie on quitting your job !! I am a stay-at-home-mom and I would not change it for anything. It great to be there for my son when he needs me.

all next week the lows are int he 40's, maybe even 30's one night, high will be around 70 Sunday is the only rainy day all week.

I hope it isn't too cool for them. There is always a good time but you also go to Florida for warmth! Sending some pixie dust their way for some nice weather to add enjoyment to their trip.

Well... it still sounds warmer than here!! But I agree. When we went a couple of years ago they were having a cold snap and it was in the 50/60's the day we went to Disney MGM. Once the sun went down it was quite cold!

Just saving you 09-ers from page 2. Happy Sunday. Storm here has been a dud. Got a bit of snow yesterday..a little bit of ice followed by rain. It's snowing now but doesn't look like it's going to amount to much more than a dusting or an inch or so. There's only one or two times a year when I don't mind the snow. When we have lots to do around the house and feel like being "shut in" like this weekend. Hope it doesn't come back anytime soon though.

thanks for the save from page 2

we started out the day with terrible wind and rain and tornado watches and warnings most of the night, but none happened where i am at. I didnt watch the news tonight but I think I heard earlier that one tornado did hit a small town during the early morning hours.

Now that that storm is gone another one is coming with lots of cold weather, which I welcome. I am tired of the heat.

Hey Jeff! Guess what! Chris got us both iphones for us to use and system upgrades for all the computers. I'm still figuring out the iphone. He said it was my "signing bonus." It really is pretty cool. So far no problems with connections or anything. I had heard there were issues.

We haven't upgraded the computers yet because we have to add memory to a couple of the computers first.

Wow I'm jealous. I have another year of my contract with Verizon before I can switch over to AT&T and get the iphone! The kinks on my upgrade to Leopard have seemed to work themselves out. I've read a few things that it was a common problem and Apple addressed it in an almost immediate update that my computer downloaded a few days after I upgraded.

Good to hear the problems resolved themselves I figured they would!!

Chris thought it would be a good idea because that way I can manage all of his appointments through the calendar on our IMAC and it is automatically synced with both our iphones when they are charging at the computer. It actually makes a lot of sense. (Not just an excuse to get new iphones )

I've actually been getting reminders for his appointments on my phone here at work this morning which has been amusing me. I'm sitting here listening to music on it since I downloaded some of my playlists just like I do with my ipod. It sounds good, better than my computer does. AND I even have an episode of "The Office" on there and a "Little einsteins" for the kids.

We've been with verizon for many years as well.

it is cold here today. Low was 33 and out high is suppose to 58.
It feels really good to me.

I hope Lynn packed some warm clothes for the parks, we have a cold wind today as well.

So what's everyone doing for Christmas? We leave Friday for Colorado, so I probably won't be posting much over the weekend or early next week. We're spending a couple of days in Thornton and a couple of days at Estes Park.

Chris' aunt is excited to see us and she said she has presents all over her house for the boys. They're going to be spoiled rotten I fear!
