Minnie caught a mouse in the field today.
She has always been too slow to catch them until today.
She was holding it down with her paw on its tail.

She didnt know what to do She was very excited and shaking and her tail was wagging so Hard it was so funny.
Now Pixie came running to see what was happening and scooped it in her mouth.
I quickly grabbed her and made her spit it out before she could eat it
She will eat them if she catches them.

Minnie then tried to catch it again. I grabbed both dogs by the collar and pulled them back before they could catch it again.
Then it went down its hole to safety.

Poor thing I felt so sorry for it and I hate mice!!!

Poor Holly!

She seems to be taking it pretty well in the picture though...when Alicia split her head open she freaked at the doctors...it took 3 of us to hold 18 month old

Morning Jaime,

We were all surprises at how well Holly did at the emergency room.

The doctors and nurses had her all wrapped up to be able to hold her down while they put in the stitches, but she never cried, or even tried to move. She let the doctor put the stitches in and gave us all that look that you see in the photo....like "just hurry up and get this over with so I can get home and play!"

My wife really loves to scrapbook, so we take pictures of all the "memorable moments" and my wife puts them in a scrapbook (each of our kids have there own) so that it should be very interesting to look back on when they're alll grown up.

Morning all,
I had to drive to work with Greg early today so he could get the company truck they are letting him use today and bring our truck back home.

So now I have a vehicle in case I need it but with 2 dogs, where would I go
It is nice though in case of an emergency.
So that put me late with everything today.

Of course this is the day he had ameeting so I had to leave here by 6:30 a.m.

Jaime, i have seen curling many times but never tried it, we dont have places for that here, not enough ice around here I guess.

Ice skating rinks might have it sometimes, I dont know.

we have lots of sprinkles today, so far NO heavy rain, thank goodness
That will come later today

I have towels on the chairs for muddy paws, wahsed the couch cover too, plus put down an extra matt for wiping feet just inside the RV at the top of the stairs. Hope t keep some of the mud out.
too windy to put up the awning to block some of the rain.

Now you guys will get to hear me complain about the cold. Usually I am laughing at all of you for having ice and snow, guess not this winter

we got our air card last night and it didnt fit our computer!! The on line site made it seem like it would, so Greg called and found out, it older works on the older version of our computer, but they didnt say that on line
