Greg is running late tonight but will be home soon. He had to have a meeting to make sure everyone knows what to do while he is gone.

He is eating out since I am out of food here

So I dont have to cook tonight

We just finished watching Bedknobs n Broomsticks with the kids....they really like that show.

I'm definately feeling sleepy tonight. I think I'll turn it early. Lots to do tomorrow.

Only two more nights in Oregon and then your off to the Caribbean!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL OF YOU

Pouring rain today and down right ugly out!!

Just have little details to take care of today. Like putting tags on the luggage, charge the battery in the video player, pick out some movies to take etc... I do need to buy a large bag of dog food for the dog sitter too. but we can do that on the way in.

Probably a crazy question but Greg are you going to watch the game tonight??

It is Halloween so I didnt know if you'd be home.
The rain is suppose to slack off by evening, so I hope they are right

We will be watching it. As wet as it is, good thing they are ducks so their web feet will help them in the rain. It may give them an advantage over the other team
Here most of the fans are buying black shirts and jackets to wear. They want to look like a black out to psych out the other team. They say it couldnt hurt?? Of course the stores are pushing the idea and selling black shirts by the truck loads all week long.

WooHoo, tomorrow is the day!!

Yeah, we'll be watching the Duck's play tonight. Going to take the kids out early to get their fill of candy, then all of our family is coming over to watch the Duck's play.

I've got seating for 30 in our home theater room....I wonder if that will be enough?!

Well I have seating for 4 , Greg, me and both dogs. My suitcases are on the other seats so I wont have to bend way over to get to them.
Our son Pete came to pick up a couple of things today. he forgot about the game and got caught in all that traffic

He waited until 3 to go back so the traffic will be calmed down a lot by then. Most people arrive a couple of hours early. But tonight after the game it will be terrible again. Glad I am not going out in it!!

45 minutes until game time.
Eat a few snacks for me!!!

I was so exhausted after the game I went straight to bed!

My wife's family likes to party all night long, but I need peace and quiet after about 10:30pm. Good thing I super insulated our theater room when we built our house, so I can't hear anything upstairs in my bedroom!


Tonight's the night Kathy!!

I hope your able to at least sleep on the flight......I know I've never been able to.....unless I'm in 1st class.

I hope to be tired enough. With the time change it will feel later to me than it is since I havnt had time to adjust which will help.
Greg hs gone next door to Dennys for breakfast since I am out of most foods here. Guess he didnt want Chili and crackers fro breakfast

Since i am sitting next to him tonight I'm glad he didnt want spicy food too

Just need to put toothbrushes in carry on and pack the dogs stuff and i'm good to go. It's so nice to not have to rush. We have several hours before we have to leave so I can double check things easily.

I am going to try and see my mom after we drop off the dogs. I will have about 30 minutes before her dinner so if she's bad i wont have to be there for too long. Actually more than 45 minutes really tires her out now.
Not sure if Greg will go in with me, I hope he does but would never make him go. Just easier with 2 people to keep chatting with her.

I have 2 small soft cookies and 2 Reminisce magazines to take her. That wil help too. Wish me luck!!!
My other brother Dave went to see her yesterday and his wife became ill on the way there so they couldnt go. He is going to try again today is his wife is ok today. I really hope he can get in,then I will get a report how he did with her. Afternoons are always worse because she is tired but its my only option.


I have charged the DVD player so from Atlanta to Orlando if i want to watch a short DVD i can. I may even feel more like cat napping.

Coming back we have a 4 hour layover there But we can eat and plug the player in so not to use the battery and watch a movie there while we wait. Plenty of plug ins. And if your lucky I will log on to one of the airport computers to say hello.


I watched the entire game Great game but once we got so far ahead its never quite as exciting because you know you've won.
I actually felt sorry for the other team when the guy grabbed the ball and ran so hard all the way for the touch down and it didnt count.

Although I was happy for our team at the same time.
I hate someone hs to loose I guess.

I keep thinking of when the kids were young and they lost a game I guess.

I am trying to kill time now until we leave. I have 2 hours until we leave and nothing to do? I hate that, time really drags by.


I have double and triple checked everything, especially the paperwork and I am all ready to go!! Now if 1:30 would just get here.

Now if I was waiting to go to the dentist the time would be flying by
