Greg, glad your all set now.

I had no idea Jackson Hole had an airport?
Of course its been a few years since i have been there, but it use to be a small little town.
Guess it must have grown some

Jackson Hole is still a "small little town", it just gets over a million tourist during the summer time every year!

The airport is really small too. Everyone who drives into the Park drives right by it, but most don't even realize its there!

The airport is big enough to handle Boeing 757 aircraft though, because that's what we're flying out on to Miami.

I bet you wont have any long lines to wait in there.

Eugene has an airport too but they cost double and even more than Portland does for tickets. Its no wonder they dont have any lines


Well its rainy today just like they predicted. It's been every other day with the rain this week, really weird.

Greg is going straight from work to his moms to work on the new roof and enclosed back porch. He will be back on sunday afternoon. So its just me and the pups again this weekend.

I'm sure I can find some trouble to get into while hes gone

Morning all,

Gosh I wonder where Christine, Joanne, Dawn, Brantley, Shell, Bill and the others are at?

I guess the 3 of us scared them away.
I dont see how thats possible since we are so sweet and lovable, well accept for Greg but we are use to him now.

Last night they had the boards shut down for repairs so I couldnt get on. That was frustrating. Glad to see its up and running today.

Its 46 this morning and cloudy but NO rain thankgoodness.

I have been invited to go to the rec room today to join in a football party. First the Ducks and then the Beavers. That will be a lot of hours of football.
I cant go because I have to watch my dogs but thats ok. I may drop by for 20 minutes when I pay our rent today. Its in the same building. I wish Greg was here he would have enjoyed going for a bit.

Greg i assume you will be watching the Ducks today?? I will be. It actually starts at 12:30 on the TV this afternoon.

That crazy Minnie was pacing back and forth to me and where she was sleeping last night. Actually around 3 a.m. I couldnt figure out what was wrong. So the 3rd time she came I got up thinking she may have to "go" which is very rare at night.
But no that wasnt it. She walked to her bed, pawed at her blanket and looked at me, then the blanket again. Then she laid down and looked up at me. So I covered her up and she snuggled right down into it and gave a big sigh and slept the rest of the night.
Dumb dog was cold and wanted to be covered up


I swear my pups are way more spoiled than my kids ever were

That crazy Minnie was pacing back and forth to me and where she was sleeping last night. Actually around 3 a.m. I couldnt figure out what was wrong. So the 3rd time she came I got up thinking she may have to "go" which is very rare at night.
But no that wasnt it. She walked to her bed, pawed at her blanket and looked at me, then the blanket again. Then she laid down and looked up at me. So I covered her up and she snuggled right down into it and gave a big sigh and slept the rest of the night.
Dumb dog was cold and wanted to be covered up


I swear my pups are way more spoiled than my kids ever were

We thought about going, but I had a funny feeling about flying out with all the swine flu around. I was right....Nicole woke up this morning sicker then ever! We thought she was getting better, but she woke up vomitting this morning.

That friend on mine in the ICU at the hospital with swine flu ended up needing to be resuscitated last night.....breathing and heart beat all stopped!

I'll be so glad when this flu season is over with!

You can expect the same kind that we can expect from you when you return from your cruise
I would advise standing back a few feet and dunking it in water before opening it.

Greg, I hope your friend makes it ok. Does he have an underlying condition? Not too many healthy adults have died from it. I hope that was the peak for him and now he will get better.

Poor Nicole, she has been sick so much lately. I dont think she has been well long enough to even get the shot has she?

So far we have escaped the flu of any kind around here. No big outbreaks at the schools. A few at colleges. But we are so far out there are no crowds which I think helps. Of course on our trip we will be with hundreds at a time, plus the flight to and from. Keeping fingers crossed for that

Well our sun came out but dang its cold with the wind blowing
It said 57 but it feels like 37.

Pretty quiet here today. I paid the rent and did one load of wash, took the pups out every 2 to 3 hours. Thats all. Pretty boring until the game came on.

yeah, that was a great game!

It's been gloomy and overcast here today.

I think I maybe getting sick. Within the past couple of hours I've gotten a chill and have a blanket wrapped around me. I just don't seem to have any strength and my body is beginning to ache?

I'm hoping its just from lack of sleep taking care of my kids the past couple of weeks while they've all been sick. (knock on wood)

I'm going to call it a night and go to bed early.
