Hey guys!!!!!! Just checking in from work. Hope everyone is doing well today. It looks like at least a couple are doing the parks before the cruise. We have decided to drive down after Thanksgiving dinner and do the MK on Friday. We ended up getting a room for Thursday and Friday at the Hotel Royal Plaza in Downtown Disney. I have read mixed reviews but I hope it turns out ok.

I can't believe that the passport application has been lost! Play up the "my poor grandson" could get sick in a foreign land and I wouldn't be able to fly hime to an American hospital" thing to your rep. Play "God Bless America" in the background for full effect. All kidding aside, that's just wrong. They obviously don't know thaqt you are a member of the Nana Nation.

Christine, you look fabulous in black. Let us know when you are out of official mourning. Sorry about the loss.

We'll be watching House tonight. Hey, did anyone NOT watching DWTS last night catch Big Bang Theory? We've seen it three times and it's hilarious. Two physics nerds live together across the hall from a ditzy blond babe. It's too funny with some great nerd references. Try it on DVR.

I'm cleaning out my closet because after 12 years of blaming the mess on Ken, I've decided that I'm the problem!

Jaime-I know another way you can book a room that is sold out through Disney. This only works for a Room Only Reservation, not a package. Let me know if you want the info.

Dawn-We'll be at Epcot on Friday too. Maybe the boys could meet up to say "Hi" while we have a margarita (Wendy-You hearing me......)

Hi everyone, it's Tuesday night, just picked up Okie from the hospital.
They released her today but she has to go she another doctor on
Wednesday. I hope every body is heathy because very one has to get
to a special place in just a couple of weeks !

Just posting ....... don't want to see the whip

P.S. Okie is watching the Disney Cruise on the Travel Channel.......... AGAIN

Hi Jen,
mine are really simple simon ones.
I buy the magnetic sheets at wal mart and use stickers to decorate them.
at Michaels or Joannes or any scrapbooking store you can find disney stickers, tropical stickers or cruising stickers. just pick a theme and go for it.

I would advise you lay it out on paper first because once you stick them to the paper they stay.

others who are more computer savy than me will print things on the paper off the computer.
i hate to admit it but Bill is very creative this way. he made us nana head signs last year that were awesome and he had some cute ones on his door too.

The color is off in this photo, i don't know why but this is the one Bill made us.
I'm sur ehe has a better photo to share of it.

Hello hello!! We are staying at the Royal Plaza as well on Thursday and Friday...it looked pretty nice on their website and the reviews on Expedia were (mostly) good. I booked it through the Downtown Disney website for the discount - I almost booked an actual WDW hotel but they are pretty much all sold out...oh well. I'm still excited to go to Downtown Disney on Thursday eve and then to DW on Friday - what a great way to start our vacation!! Any recoommendations for Thanksgiving dinner? We could eat at the hotel, but if any of you have a favorite restaurant I would love some suggestions...

I bet the MK will be packed, but a packed day is better than no day at all. There are some pretty good reviews under the Orlando hotel section on this board. Well, even if the Raddison is booked at the port, it looks like there will be a mini nannahead party at the Plaza..........

Rick, I am do glad you let us know Okie is home and doing better. Watching the DCL travel channel show will make her feel better, that is for sure!!!

I'd love that information as we are booked for the GF for a trip in January but kinda wanted the Contemporary main building. It was available up til a few days ago...then it was again..then it wasn't. so any secrets...
