My fathers doing a lot better now that he's quit. He has a lot more energy during the day. He says that smoking is like a prison and is not worth the pleasure you gain from it.
I'm very proud of him.

Big day in our house today. We are going to see the Wiggles! !!!! Emily is beside herself. Elizabeth is horrified. Funny how fast things change as I remember going with Elizabeth just a few years ago and how excited she was. She begged us to leave her with my M-I-L but we already bought the ticket. So now we are torturing her with Wiggles songs and making her crazy. That's why you have kids, right?

The buses run constant until around 3:00 p.m. and arrive by 4:00 p.m.
Everyone is suppose to be on board for the 4 p.m. drill but we have seen buses come as late as 4:30.

Oh, so many memories. I remember taking the bus to the port. SO COOL!!! I cant wait!

Wow, two of our favorites too. I don't know what Chritmas Eve would be with out 24 hours of a Christmas Story.

I think my Bill's schedule will look [one clap] "I-Dentical" (pronounced as it was in My Cousin Vinny during the trial when discussing the vehicles/tires used in the robbery at the Sack-o-Suds)!!!

Weather here has actually been pretty good. We went 41 consecutive days with over 100 degree temps and 97 days of no rain. That all came to an end this week. We have gone 3 days below 100 and had rain.

I'm so glad you feel that way. I was SOOOO excited for my son to be able to ride the bus, but my enthusiasm began to wane when I read so much about the bus being late and not worth the money.

You mean the bus to the ship? Oh heck ... that's a good time! And as far as being late, it's the ONLY way the ship will wait for you IF it's late! I can't imagine that would ever be a problem. Do you know when you're getting into Orlando?

My insurance company did not cover the meds, started taking them and still smoked. Then marked on the calendar about 2 weeks ahead when I was going to stop. When I start getting closer to that date, smoking didn't have the same effect. It was like smoking an unlit cigarette, I must say it was like saying goodby to a friend. NOW the doctor said spend the money that you were wasting on cigarettes, and buy yourself something ..........

I just made a blender full of Java Juice for the wife so she'll be happy to see that. Most of its still there....ok, some of it...hmmm...guess I have to go back and blemd some more.

Massages and mojitos....yikes...perhaps I'll say bu-bye to the wife now. How can I compete with that?

Ok, thats about it....just waitin for Woo to get here and we'll go grab a bite to eat. Tomorrow, we're going with her family to Cheeseburger in Paradise so shes gonna be a very happy person.

Happy Friday, everyone!!

Yesterday was Jason's 6th birthday and we are having his party tonight. whoo hoo!! Wouldn't you know it's been bone dry around here most of the summer until the past few days. That's because we have rented the city's public swimming pool for an after hours swim party! It's been raining on and off since Tuesday with a mild threat of another storm during the next few hours. Figures. Hopefully the skies will remain clear until 10:00 p.m. so the kids can swim and we can eat the Costco cake without it getting soggy.
