11/24/07 We are Better Than Leftovers!!! Nana Head reunion Part 2

Give me the basics on adding pictures... I seem to be unable to grasp this concept, PLEASE!!!!!!

OK, ready? It's tricky but once you do it you won't forget.

1. Get an account from photobucket.com (it's free)
2. Upload your the pictures you want to post to that account
3. When you're ready to post on the DIS, do like you normally do and hit the Reply button
4. Now go back to photobucket.com, highlight and copy (CTRL C) the IMG coding below the picture you want to post
5. Go back to the DIS reply page and paste (CTRL V) the code from photobucket. It'll look something like this: [ IMG ] http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/pic1.jpg[ /IMG ]. Make sure the codes are intact on both sides of the link.

Let me know if you still are having problems.

I guess I'd feel more threatened if I didn't have aspirations of baking and decorating cakes and didn't have a photographic record of me at all the demonstrations. (actually, I think Kathy sat near me at one of them). I DID NOT do the napkin folding....too demeaning.

Bill,
just as well you didnt do the napkin folding, it took intelligent people to figure it out and nimble hands to fold them correctly. It was definately geared for women.

Good morning!

Here's what I have so far:

Friday - Fly into MCO, meet Shell & Bill @ airport, watch Huskers beat Buffaloes, "Ultra-cool" Nana Head Party

Saturday - Hop on bus and get to port, embark, DIS meet, Dinner

Sunday - Run, eat, do other stuff

Monday - See Sunday

Tuesday - Go to St. Maartin casinos; maybe check out other parts of island

Wednesday - ????????

Thursday - See Sunday & Monday

Friday - Relax at CC, fight off oncoming depression

Saturday - Breakfast, full-blown depression (a.k.a. debarkation) , ride DCL bus back to MCO, fly to the cold Midwest.

As we get closer, I'll add to my "wish list." Much depends on whether DD is in the Club or not. (The big hang up after dinner last year was that they apparently didn't have the "Captain's Closet Fun" (dress-up time) even though it was advertised. Hopefully when she's a year older & wiser, she'll want to go there nights.)

Also, DD was planning what she's going to order to eat each night. We'll see how well that goes. . .

Forgive me but...what the heck is the attraction to Rachel? Not only did I not find her all that attractive, but she was the rudest CM we encountered our whole cruise. I took the girls up to meet her and the captain at one of the receptions and the reaction we got was somewhere between cold indifference and annoyance. I hope there's a new CD on the November bananahead tour. Hoping against hope that Captain Andy (ciao for now) is back!

Wait a minute... wait just a minute! Are you a Husker fan??? ON NO! My husband went to Nebraska. He is a huge Husker fan. Now we're really in trouble!!

I on the other hand went to Iowa. I have to deal with lots of abuse since I work in Omaha. We have a "mixed" household. I'm trying to convert the children but I'm afraid I am failing.

I hadn't thought about there being a Husker game that day. (Not a Husker... don't think about football in July... lol) BUT that might change everything. We'll probably have to plan all activities around DH finding a tv to watch the game.

I'm not sure I would be into the "art of entertaining". I'm not someone who enjoys cooking most of the time.

I'm supposed to give a favorite recipe for a bridal shower for my soon-to-be sister-in-law. I was thinking of putting "Drive to Mcdonalds. Order. Pay. Take food. Eat."
