I'm here! I'm here! I know Cheri's been having 'puter trouble so that's why she hasn't been on. Plus today is Jessalyn's birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESSALYN! You are still my bestest friend and I miss you and love you LOTS!

Busy day at work and now I'm getting ready to pack for yet another trip to Dallas tomorrow. But this trip will be a little easier than last week's when we hit Houston, Angelton, Clute, San Antonio (every inch of it, I believe) and Corpus Christi, all in 3 days. I'm still trying to catch up on rest!!! Funny, last Wedsnesday I was on the Gulf of Mexico, then Thursday I was flying over Lake Erie

But the most important thing for tonight, besides packing (and trying to get everything in 3 oz containers ), is Dancing with the Stars elimination. Kathy, have you been keeping up like you promised you would??

I was offline for a few hours but i just answered!

Hope everyone is having a good night. Kathy - get out the firehouse and take care of those fires before we get there on the 25th. Miss Emily hasn't had any asthma symptoms for months. Hate to have one of our favorite places on earth - WDW - make it happen.

Tomorrow is the big press event for the Chihuly show and we aren't sure if any press are showing. A long story - but our client basically pre-empted his own ******* press tour by giving away the story he kept so tight to the vest until now -- to our major newspaper and one of the network affilates today. Cardinal rule number one of PR is if you are having a press tour, you DON'T give the story to someone in advance or it just ticks off all the other media and limits your coverage. So tomorrow should be lotsa fun - not. Wish me luck. I'm going to need it.

Yes Shell, I have remembered to see some of the show, but I have to be honest. I havnt seen them all. I will try to see the next episode

I sure wish I could get rid of the smoke for you. Tonya and Wendy are coming soon too. Right now it is really BAD!!! At Pat's house they are covered in ash, luckily for us the wind seems to be blowing the ash away from us. No blue skies, just hazy brown looking sky.

I will try to reach Tinkerbell and ask her to sprinkle some to help clear up the air. You may want to bring a respirator mask like painters wear if it is still smokey when you come. That may help DD. Many are wearing them. Hardware stores sell them.

They are saying we have a slight chance for rain the next 2 days. IF we get it this time it should help to clear the air and heopefullu put ot a few of the fires. There are over 200 of them in the state right now. The one in Georgia just hopped the line into Florida yesterday,s o now we have their to deal with too.


Well off to walk the dog, I am trying to not breath in too deep while i'm out or I start coughing .

Anyone decide for sure about excursions yet??
I still dont have a clue as what to do. We have been so many times to these ports I want to try something new this time.

Nasty stuff, even the dog is sneezing and has a runny nose,

Greg just called and someone rear ended him, so he will be about an hour late tonight. Nobody hurt, just a teen driving and not paying attention that cars were stopped at a red light.

well another week is almost over.

No real plans today, just clean house unless I can come up with a good excuse to not do house work today. I'm ususally pretty good about finding excuses

I'm here Kathy....we've just exploded at work....cuts into my internet surf time and thats just not right.

Shell is still out of town but will be back this evening so I'm sure the party girl will get the board jumpstarted again.

Glad to have you back again. Have you guys decided on which excursions to take yet?? I havnt a clue what we will do.

Greg leaves it up to me each time. So I need to get with it and make some decisions soon. November will be here very quickly!!!

Thats Shells job...mine is to decide if the margarita is frozen or on the rocks...salt or no salt, that sort of thing. I'm pretty sure we're going to St. Johns this time and see what kind of trouble we can get into over there. I know she wants to do the Golden Eagle again....we enjoyed that so much. Actually, thats her favorite story to tell if asked about the cruise (many people have learned NOT to ask that question to us unless they have patience and a lot of time on their hands). She loves to tell folks we were on a REAL LIVE deserted island and swam with the baby jellyfish. My favorite story will always be when the stingray swam over my legs at Serenity bay. I cant wait for our western in 08 so I can do the dolphin encounter. Ok,...I've written way too much.... Thats the plan for now Kathy...
