Which one do you think an eleven and a thirteen year old boy would like most? and why? Pop Century or All Star Movies...this is their first vacation to Walt Disney World.

Pop all the way! I have two boys and we stayed there when they were 13 and 15. They love it because of the 3 pools, food court pizza and gift shop that is bigger.

We have never stayed at the All Star Movies but we have stayed at the Music and Sports. For a value resort you can't beat Pop. Much more peaceful, you don't share a bus with other resorts and the food seems to taste better.

There is no way you could be disappointed choosing POP. :thumbsup2

My now 14 y/o dd loves POP. She has stayed there several times, as well as at ASMusic. She has been to Movies and says it's more for little kids. Not sure I agree with that, but that's what she says.
She started staying at POP about 2 years ago....has asked to stay there again. In fact, I'm heading there in 3 weeks, with 31 y/o dd, to spend the first two nights of our stay there. Two nights at POP then over to BWV. I think my 14 y/o is more upset about missing POP than BWV!!! She loves it there.

My now 13 yo DD's favorite resort is Pop. We've stayed at deluxes and the moderates and (except for Poly), she will choose Pop over all. We have never stayed at ASMo, so I can't do a direct comparison. With Pop being newer and all the cool icons from the later part of the 1900's, we chose it over the other values when we decided to give one a try. The transportation at Pop was first rate, too.

Neither, with boys I'd go to ASsports. Its getting refurb to be done the beginning of 2008. I don't like that Pop and Movies have made so many of their rooms preferred which means you will be paying $12 more a night. I don't mind paying that if I am going to be in the bldg closest to the pool, lobby, and food court.

Bldg 10 is great, close to the pool, lobby, and food court with a back way to get to the buses without going through the lobby.

good luck with decision.:flower3:

I'll vouch for building 10 being great, everything was so close. Even our room was only steps away from the elevator. I've only stayed at AsMo but we loved everything about it.
