11/12 year olds on 8/09 Magic

My DD posted a message the other night, looking for information on children her age that will be crusing on the 8/09 Magic. We are travelling with my DD(11 almost 12), DN(11),DS, DH, and a four other wonderful friends (including a teenage DS of a friend). If there are any repeat cruisers with children this age we would appreciate what you have to say about the children's activities! Thank you.

We are repeat cruisers, but our friends are coming along for the first time. Our children are 8 and 4, but we will have a 10 year old boy with our party. I posted the other night as well looking for kids in this age group too (no replies yet.) He is a little hesitant about spending time in the kids programs, but I think if he makes some friends it might make the difference. Anyone out there with a sports finatic 10 year old drop me a line!
