10k Star Wars on our 10th Anniversary

My husband and I would like to run the 10k Star Wars run at Disneyworld for our 10th wedding anniversary. I know we cannot sign up until August, however I would like to get started on resorts and where to stay. We will be flying in from Seattle. We have been to Disneyland sooo many times, but never to Disneyworld.
With that being said and our first race at the World I would like recommendations on where to stay. It will just be the 2 of us (adults only vacay).
