HI!! I have 1000+ points available at Boardwalk Villas, Beach Club Villas or Old Key West to rent at $17/per point. I can rent 11 months in advance for Boardwalk, Beach Club, or OKW and 7 months in advance for any other DVC resort.

Payment will only be due once a reservation has been made and you have received a copy of the confirmation number from Disney.

My terms are 50% down after you receive a confirmation number and verify it in you MyDisney Experience app. Then the remaining 50% is due 60 days before you arrive.

I take Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. However, I would as that you will cover PayPal's fees, if any.

Please provide the following information by PM and I will check for availability:

-Name, address and phone#
- Preferred DVC location(s)
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Room Type (studio, 1 BR, 2 BR)
- Room View (standard, garden/pool, ...etc)
