NO- can't speak to all guests, but we've always been overly satisfied with the customer service at Disney.

Disagree. I'm pretty flexible on room requests. I rarely make them, and when I do, it's no biggie.

A, D, NO: I think all the Deluxe resorts should have turn down service every night, without requesting it.
