100 point bonus for last incentive. Any restrictions on renting/trading

I added on last month with the incentive that ended 6/19. My original contract is at BWV with a use year of Feb.

My question is can I rent/trade the 100 incentive points I received? Any restrictions?

You can do what you want w/ the extra 100 points....rent, use, giveaway...hey...you could even invite my family down for a few days....

The points can not be transferred.

Thanks for the replies. There seems to be a contridiction with some of the replies.

Mickbee, are you sure they can't be transfered? Can you rent them?

I wasn't aware you couldn't transfer developer points but you certainly may rent them out without restrictions. I know it can be banked.

I did the same thing and was thinking about the same questions (renting/transferring). They are developer's points as noted in the document titled Developer Points - Acknowledgment (Existing Members Only) that you dated and signed (you should have a copy). You might also look at section m which states, "Purchaser's use rights in the Developer Points may not be assigned or transferred" (p. 2).
