So, eight days ago i got on the six week bodymakeover. I have been updating in that thread but i just had to shout!!!

eight days and ten pounds gone!

eleven more pounds to get under 200

I have lost my first 10 pounds but it has taken me 5 weeks.

I think it was because i had to cut out the sodium on this program. I LOVE my salt.

But,it's been worth it!
