Thanks for following along! Happy to have you! Right now all the Southwest sales don't cover our dates... We leave 5-22 and they've been out through 5-21! They need to get the ball rolling on this because I'm getting impatient . Ha ha! When they're on sale they typically aren't bad price wise out of STL.

It sure is!! I stayed at their apartment this first night home because last night was hellish in the hospital. Thought I'd give them a break if they need it! But she's been a great baby . I'm sure she'll let loose Sunday night when I'm not here! Ha ha!

Oh congrats Auntie! Sounds like you got to be a part of a different type of magical moment! How special.

Your ADR list is making me hungry. I think your last day looks good. We are fairly certain we are doing the H&V meal not sure if we will do breakfast or lunch but I can't wait for Charlotte to see Doc and Sofia! She still loves Oso however after our last meeting with him there so I hope she is not too disappointed once she gets there.

Have a great trip in Dallas. I can't wait to see what outfits you come up with!

It was so awesome being on the "other side" and not having to chart! Ha ha! So honored they wanted me there!

I can't wait to see Doc and Sofia there!! My girls are going to flip!! Oh who am I kidding, I will too . We've never done lunch there, but we really enjoyed our breakfast! And I'm in love with our ADR list . Only thing I'm toying with is maybe trying to find an earlier H&V time. One where we can still sleep in, but have more time to take advantage of Epcot our last day. We'll see!

Hey Everyone!! I'm back and getting back in the swing of things after being in Texas for my sister's delivery! Sure do miss snuggling on my new little sweetie and can't wait for them to come here and visit the beginning of March! I've been on such a "day" schedule and usually do my updating on here in the middle of the night, so this PTR has been a bit neglected!

Before I hop into our Touring Plans... I changed a few of our ADR times around! After typing out all the plans, I thought we may need a bit more time before our dinner ones so I bumped a few back just a teeny bit. I'm going to eventually edit my ADR post, but here they are too!

5-22: Akershus moved to 6:50
5-23: 1900 Park Fare moved to 7:00
5-31: Hollywood and Vine moved up to 9:35

But anyways... here are our Personalized Touring Plans for our 1st two days! And these plans are taking into consideration that we're going to split our FP+ and attempt to use a Rider Swap for the second half of us. This way we can get more FP+! We'll test it out our first two days and hopefully it will work without a hitch so we can continue to do that when our friends are with us!

Thursday May 22nd, Epcot 1/2 Day
1. Spaceship Earth (FP+ 3:00-4:00)
- Arrive 3:02pm: Wait 1 min, Duration 16 min

2. Epcot Character Spot
- Arrive 3:23pm: Wait 27 min, Duration 10 min

3. Soarin' (FP+ 4:00-5:00), use Rider Swap
-Derek, Addie and I will FP+ this, then MIL, FIL and Addie will use Swap.
- Arrive 4:07pm: Wait 8 min, Duration 17 min

4. Head into the World Showcase (about 5:00-7:00)
- Start in Canada and work our way back to Japan to do Pick-A-Pearl.
- We will explore Pavilions until our ADR

5. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall: ADR at 6:50
- I allotted 60 min for our meal.

6. Test Track (FP+ 8:00-9:00)
- MIL and FIL will FP+ this, then Derek, Addie and I will use Swap.
- Arrive 8:10pm: Wait 6 min, Duration 13 min.

7. Head back to Pop


Friday May 23rd, Magic Kingdom Full Day
1. Princess Fairytale Hall: Meet Rapunzel and a Visiting Princess
- Arrive 9:09am: Wait 3 min, Duration 10 min

2. Peter Pan's Flight
- Arrive 9:25am: Wait 11 min, Duration 3 min

3. Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid
- Arrive 9:44am: Wait 10 min, Duration 7 min

4. Ariel's Grotto
- Arrive 10:02am: Wait 17 min, Duration 3 min

5. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (FP+ 10:00-11:00... we better be able to make advanced FP+ for this by then or I'll be ticked!!)
- Me, MIL and Addie will FP+, then FIL, DH and Addie (if time) will use Swap
- Arrive 10:26am: Wait 8 min, Duration 15 min

6. Bibbity Bobbidi Boutique
- Arrive 10:59am: This is without Addie riding the second 7DMT with the Swap. Hopefully our "time table" will be shaved off a little bit and she can ride a second time, but if not... Addie, MIL, Harper and myself will head to the BBB after our ride. If we have to take Harper with us while my DH and FIL ride 7DMT, they will meet us here and grab here and do rides she can do like the Carousel, Small World or Philharmagic.

7. Lunch at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
- Arrive 12:09pm: I've allotted 30 min for QS lunches

8. Enchanted Tales with Belle (FP+ 12:30-1:30)
- Arrive 12:49pm: Wait 5 min, Duration 20 min

9. Rest back at Pop
- Leave the Park and try to be back at 4pm

10. Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- Arrive 4:04pm: Wait 26 min, Duration 2 min

11. The Barnstormer (we don't have to do Swap because Harper is tall enough!)
- Arrive 4:33pm: Wait 25 min, Duration 2 min

12. Space Mountain (FP+ 4:30-5:30)
- MIL and FIL will FP+, DH, Addie and myself will use Swap
- Arrive 5:05pm: Wait 8 min, Duration 25 min

13. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (depending on real time)

14. 1900 Park Fare: ADR at 7:00pm
- Leave Park around 6pm and heading back to MK (arrival times from here on out will probably be a bit later than what they say depending on what time we get back into MK)

15. Splash Mountain (FP+ 8:00-9:00)
- Addie, me and DH will FP+, then MIL, FIL and Addie will Swap
- Arrive 8:24pm: Wait 6 min, Duration 41 min

16. The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
- Arrive 9:16pm: Wait 8 min, Duration 2 min

17. Jungle Cruise
- Arrive 9:27pm: Wait 10 min, Duration 8 min

18. Pirates of the Caribbean
- Arrive 9:47pm: Wait 11 min, Duration 8 min

19. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (FP+ 10:00-11:00)
- DH and FIL will FP+, then Addie, MIL and myself will swap
- Arrive 10:10pm: Wait 5 min, Duration 19 min

20. Haunted Mansion (if we feel like it, we may just head back to Pop after BTMRR)
- Arrive 10:41pm: Wait 12 min, Duration 10 min

21. Head back to Pop... and crash!

We may decide to cut out some of the "smaller" rides and take our time. We may cut out the evening rides and meet some characters, or do Splash FP+ from 8-9, then BTMRR from 9-10 and head back. Gotta talk with my in laws and see what they think since we'll be doing another MK Rope Drop the next morning

I think your ADR times look good too. I'm always worried that I make our dinner ones too early and nobody will be hungry.

When you guys just went, did they give you a rider swap for the rides you rode with FP+? There's some guy on the Facebook group that says they won't give it to you. That it's not supposed to work that way... but I've seen on here people being able to do it that way! I figured we'd try it out these days and if we got denied, we'll have plenty of time to ride those rides again!

We did it at Everest and space mountain and it worked both times. One of us went through with Hannah and told them we were doing rider swap. At Everest they just gave DH the pass. At space she made me point out DH and Madison because she said she had to see the baby that couldn't ride. But both times, we went on with the rider swap card no problems and I don't remember having to scan my band when I went on Everest with Hannah with the rider swap card. Maybe they are changing it to keep people from getting more then 3 FP+ but it worked that way when we were there.

I'm following another TR and they go in about 2 weeks. I'm anxious to see how it works for them (they have a 2 year old son and were planning on doing the rider swap too).

The other thing we've never tried is doing single rider. If one of us gets a FP and rides with Hannah the other one will wait with Madison and then go through the single rider line. I've heard people say it's as fast as the FP line and sometimes they still get to ride with their group. Just something to keep in mind...

Thanks for the other TR info. Im going to start following that because I am curious myself. We are also going to try the rider swap this way, but I have heard conflicting comments about it so I keep going back and forth. The only thing that makes me think that WDW would be okay with this, is that it is not fair to the too small child. If all the adults have to go on everest with FP+, then my child has a fP she can not use because she cannot go by herself on any ride, that would be not fair to her.

Your customized touring plans look great! I had a subscription to TP.com last year, but let it expire. I really only used the crowd calculator function. Now I kind of wish I had it back. I totally did not realize I could do all that with it! Maybe I should get another subscription!

One of the problems I forsee, from what I understand, you can't schedule FP+ for an hour before and 2 hr after ADR. That might interfere with you TT FP+.

Before I jump into what the girls are wearing, just wanted to say in regards to attempting the whole split FP+/Rider Swap thing, I won't be scheduling the FP+'s that way. What I'll do is schedule us all for the 1st attraction, then attempt the FP+/Rider Switch and then if our Party 2 can ride without using their FP+ we will reschedule theirs for later in the day for another ride! This way, we're safe-guarded in case they don't let us do that! But if they do, hopefully we'll be able to find FP+ times the day of that work for us! Make sense??

So this brings us to what in the heck are the girls going to wear!? Well, our last trip I bought a few vinyl iron on designs from Miss Morgan Designs to make some of our own shirts... and they turned out so flipping cute! So when I saw she posted a challenge on her Facebook wall and in return would post a coupon code, I jumped all over it! Rarely do I see coupon codes from her, so this was great timing! I bought 8 for the girls (4 for each) and then 2 for my in laws!

So here's what I was thinking...

Thursday, Arrival Day/Epcot: I've found super cute "I'm Going to Disney World" shirts on ETSY that I think I'll be buying for them. They just have a simple Minnie head on them with the wording, so I think I'll pair it up with black skirts.

Friday, Magic Kingdom: Addie will be getting all decked out at the BBB, so I'm thinking Harper will probably just rock a Disney Store t-shirt and skirt until dinner and then we'll throw her in a princess dress for 1900 Park Fare. Now, if she wants to put it on all day like Addie, that's great with me... but she's not really as frilly as her sister so I'm not holding my breath!

Saturday, Magic Kingdom: Here is where the girls will wear their first of the shirts I'm going to make for them! I borrowed the pics from Miss Morgan's Website to show you!

Sunday, Epcot: For this day I found a couple of really cute pillowcase dresses on ETSY that I think I may buy for the girls. Addie's will be a Minnie one in grey, yellow and whites and Harper's will be a Nemo one! They're adorable!

Monday, Non-Park Day/Harper's Birthday!: We will be doing breakfast at 'Ohana, so I've been toying around with making the girls Lilo dresses for when they meet her! Pretty sure I'm going to do that, then they'll wear their 2nd design for the evening at Downtown Disney! I'm pretty sure they'll be in bathing suits all afternoon long! Here are the designs...

Wednesday, Hollywood Studios: This is the day we will wear our "Family" shirts! Derek, the girls and I all wore these on one of our Hollywood Studios days last trip... so I had to get some designs for my MIL and FIL to get in the spirit too! I went ahead and bought the girls another design because I'm thinking their shirts may be too small... and if they're not, I can just save them for when they are! Here they are...

Then I got the "Grandma" one for my MIL and then Miss Morgan made a "Grandpa" one just like this, but with Mickey ears instead of Minnie ones I hope they like them... I know they will!

Thursday and Friday, Open Park Days: These days the girls will probably just wear Disney Store T-Shirts.

Saturday, Our last day : We're starting off the morning at Hollywood and Vine... so of course the girls will both be wearing their Sofia the First dresses! I'll bring a change of clothes with me (probably just another Disney Store T-Shirt) in case they want to change when we head to Epcot after breakfast. Then for our last night at Magic Kingdom, they can wear whatever they want! Whether it be a princess dress or t-shirt... I will come prepared!

I think I'm going to put all of their princess dresses in Space Bags and bring them all... because who knows when the mood will strike to be a princess

So there you have it! If I definitely buy those pillowcase dresses/arrival day shirt, I'll post pics as soon as I can!

I didn't realize it either until I stumbled upon it! I really hope they work well! Of course, ours probably aren't exactly set in stone depending on how the girls hold up and if we can get away with using the FP+/Rider Swap that way... but we'll see! It is just nice knowing they say I can cram everything in that I want to do and it will work! Ha ha!

Well that stinks! I understand the hour before since they don't want you to be late to an ADR... and maybe the hour after, but 2 hours after!?! That's crazy! Well, we'll just have to play around with it!
