Yes I made the photo show myself, I used a program called prow show gold. As far as the plate is concerned you can make the plate here:

WOW!!!! Are you for hire? I think you should skip the plate business and go right with the video making! My daughter and I watched this and she wanted to know why I never use our pictures and make something like that. It was awesome! I just wish I had the know how to do it! Maybe my daughter can figure it out. She will probably figure it out before I can! Thanks for sharing--I plan to show it to my DH and DS tonight. We're going on the eastern for spring break.
