I just called and they told me they weren't sending anything out anymore, that I was to pick up my package at my resort. I did get my ME luggage tags, so I guess they'll have to do.

Be sure you print out a copy of your confirmation paperwork. I'm one that fears I'll arrive and they tell me they have no record of my trip.

Did you just recently book the trip? Sometimes they don't think you will receive the info in time-I would call & confirm all your info-including the ME stuff. Get the name of the CM you talked to. It will be fine. I remember once we didn't get our ME tags either but they had all that info when we checked in. Being that you have no tags though I would put the same ribbon or scarf on your luggage. They will ask you to describe it & you can tell them they all have a "red bandana" on them. Have a great time!! We'll be there then too!!

We got our ME tags, it's the other stuff we're missing. I also got the statement showing our balance paid, which I'm of course taking along. I guess we'll be using the luggage tags from our '06 trip on our way there.

Already went and returned from our CSR vacation, while never getting our Disney Mail. All we got was the ME Tags, but not luggage tags or other package details.

Is there a way to ask them what happened? We do certainly need new Disney Luggage Tags, since our old ones didn’t survive the trip.

I called and they said my vouchers had been printed on Aug 2 but still nothing. Did your check in and everything work ok without the Disney packet? I remember when I was checking in at the WL last year they asked me for the hotel voucher.

Did everything go ok when you got down there even with no vouchers or luggage tags?

We were also supposed to get: an Arcade Play Card Voucher, a Miniature Golf Voucher, a Planet Hollywood Merchandize Voucher, a Planet Hollywood $15 Meal Voucher and a Sea Raycer Offer Voucher which we never got.

I didn't inquire about them at the resort when I realized we wouldn't have time to use them. Or maybe we would have made time. Anyways I'm mainly complaining about our new Disney Luggage Tags, since our old ones didn't survive the trip.

I wrote to them through the online form, so we'll see what happens.
