if you purchase 10 day passes and after the third day you wish you had added no experation can you do it then?

From my understanding you can but you have to pay what it would have cost you on the original 10 day ticket. Meaning you couldn't just pay for the add on for the 7 days left.

If you'll have a couple of days leftover it might still be worth it though.
Can anyone confirm?

Figment's Friends is correct. You can add the "no-expiration" option on to your 10-day anytime before the 14th day following its first day of use. The cost will be $100+tax. If you have only 1 or 2 days remaining, it will not be worth the expense, since a 1-day pass costs only $63.63 and a 2-day costs $126.74. However, if you have "pluses" or have more than 2 park days remaining, it might be worth the additional cost.

If we purchase 10 day with no exp. and the extra package for DQ and water parks will those not expire either?

They will not expire. The plusses will remain if you have the no expriation add on.
